Rouge the Bat

In the middle of the jungle, Rouge the Bat was flying about, looking for Angel island.

'It's irritating how that island can float!' she thought to herself as she was flying through the skies. 'I've been trying my best to get that giant Master Emerald, and that damn Echidna always gets in the way!'

Then she saw the floating island and landed on the branch of a tree to look.

'And there it is. I'm going to get that emerald if it's the last thing I do.' she said, determined. 'I don't care what Knuckles says or does, I will get the emerald!'

As she was looking, she felt a little odd, like a hot sensation going through her body, making her pant a bit. Of course, she was able to resist it as she continued looking at the island.

She then got out binoculars to look for a way onto the island. As she was doing so, she noticed something unexpected.
