Rosemary is gone before you wake

Rosemary is gone before you wake, leaving a mess in the kitchen and, once you get to the bathroom mirror, you see she's left a big red lipstick heart drawn on your forehead.

Last night comes back foggily, you stayed up and had fruit and red wine in place of dinner. Rosemary was laughing at your stories of Mary and giggling at the silliest looking angels in Mary's vast collection.

Did she ghost you? You didn't actually exchange phone numbers or anything.

But when you finish your fence line walk and open your phone in that one corner of the yard, you discover an outgoing message to an unknown number, Hey Rosemary this is Deenie's phone. with a sign showing it was just read. How? You keep your phone locked.

"Ghhhh," you growl. You keep your phone fingerprint locked. And if Rosemary could decorate your forehead with a lipstick heart, she could unlock your phone while you were sleeping. Time to reassess your threat model.

Well. here you are up on the county road, with not a lot to do. You could start looking up job stuff for mechanics, you could get Mom to run you into town, you could try and catch up with Trudy.
