ASFR stands for Alt.Sex.Fetish.Robots. It is the name of an old, defunct usenet group dedicated to a fetish centered around robots. It is the namesake of the ASFR fetish, and though the term has grown to encompass a large number of themes; it will always be associated mostly with the love for mechanical babes and busty bots. Flesh to metal. Muscle and bone to joints and hydraulics. Women turned to machines built and designed to serve you in whatever way your twisted little heart desires... Just remember to keep them well "serviced;" lest they break down on you...

ASFR is a fetish revolving around concepts such as Petrification, cryogenic freezing, transformation into inorganic or inanimate materials like gold, plastic, wood, metal, gems, chocolate and candy, hypnosis, mind control, conversion into machines and robots, and a few other things not mentioned here.
