Robin and Chrom recoup

Needless to say, things hadn’t turned out how Robin had strategized. Her confidence as a tactician was shaken, but more importantly, it had become incredibly difficult to face Chrom. Having seen each other naked in the past by accident was one thing, but what had happened was quite another. As such, she told Chrom that she wanted to take a break from doubles competition.

“Robin, I need you there fighting with me,” Chrom had begged her. “The two of us are stronger when we’re together!”

Robin wanted to believe that, but the mood now was just too strange when the two of them were together. She couldn’t figure out who to blame for the loss, and she didn’t think it was fair to blame either of them when there had been forces out of their control… but the shame was so great that she couldn’t help but want to. “Look, I’m not saying we can’t speak any longer, but maybe… see how you do in single combat? At least for a while,” Robin had muttered, sinking into her thick hooded coat moodily.
