Robbie Shapiro was a geeky student at Hollywood Arts, and his best friend was a ventriloquist doll, Rex Powers.

One day, the dummy was possessed by the ghost of a perverted hypnotist, and Rex had a mind of his own, and he planned on rewarding his best friend for his friendship in very special ways.
