“What do you mean I can’t see my brothers fucking son?” Argues Tommy with the male nurse who looks absolutely terrified

“I’m sorry sir. It’s just the rules...” replies the nurse timidly.

“Listen here. Don’t make me have to break your fucking face alright?” Says tommy as he places his finger firmly on the man’s chest. “Either move outta my way or I’ll fucking leave you in a ditch somewhere, yeah?” He adds on completely scaring the man.

“My apologies sir” says the man in complete fear before stepping to the side.

“Best be fucking sorry-“ mumbles Tommy to himself “- Let’s go Jamie!” He shouts indicating for Jamie to also come through.

“John!” Shouts Tommy as he steps into the room where he sees his older brother, Kenny and his sister in law.

“Tommy. Jamie. Took your time didn’t ya?” Replies John looking at his pocket watch. “And what the fuck happened to your lip Tommy?” John says placing his hand on Tommy’s chin and elevating it to look from a better angle.

“I was in a fucking fight John-“ says Tommy “- get your fucking hands off me” he then adds on as he moves his brothers hand away from his face.

“You gotta be more careful next time Tommy” says John whilst pointing straight at him.

“From a busted lip, come on John you’ve seen me fucking get stabbed and beaten before” Tommy starts saying before coming back to the conversation at hand “- what’s with the sudden older brother protection, huh?” Replies Tommy staring straight at him.

After a long pause, John opens his mouth and says: “because you’re gonna be my son’s godfather Tommy.”

After another moment of silence, Tommy’s face lights up into happiness. “You mean it John?” He asks just for clarification.

“Yeah I mean it.” He also adds on with a bright smile plastered onto his face before extending his arms to bring his brother in for a brotherly hug.
