Chapter 168 by grimbous grimbous

Reunion

Having a double dose of bliss making cum in my belly the rest of the night passes in an ooey-gooey haze. As I babble and cuddle into her soft, naked body Heather holds me for a long time before taking me to the shower to wash me and pamper me. I stand smiling as her sudsy hands run all over me before she rinses me off again. Lucky me, she lets me do the same to her. Her supple flesh, her heavy breasts, the smoothness of her skin are a feast to the touch as I clean my Queen, every last inch. We dry each other off then wrap up in soft robes before going to the kitchen to enjoy the snack she’d prepared for us earlier together. Outside the rain had picked up again into a full-blown midnight storm, the water pelting the sides of the house as forcefully as the shower spray had hit our bodies and confirming for certain I’d have no work the next day, but inside the sun was shining brighter than ever.

There is very little talking. There didn’t need to be. Everything important could be conveyed through our loving eyes and adoring touch. Knowing her like I did through our bond that went deeper than most couples I could still sense unease about what the morning would bring. Yet far more powerful that those worries was the protective, almost maternal, love that she gazed at me with. It was that way she looked at me that made me feel like an unstoppable giant and precious little puppy at the exact same time. She had sworn to protect me and I could see in her eyes that she was reinforcing that vow every second she stared at the man she had chosen as her own. Had I been in my normal mind I would have said some brave things to try to assuage her worries, but in my ‘softness’ I could only gaze back and beam my unshakable love to her. As it turned out my presence alone, along with the devotion in my smile, was exactly what she wanted and needed right now.

“My handsome man.” She whispers, stroking my cheek.

By the time I am back to myself we are all tucked in and warm under the covers as the storm raged against the curtained window. With her spooning me from behind, her big soft cock nestled between my buttocks like it lived there, Heather holds me closer against her naked flesh and hums a soft lullaby in my ear as we both drift off to a deep, peaceful sleep.

The next morning I am awoken by the sound of the front door closing! My eyes bolt open. Beside me Heather slumbered, one hand resting lightly over my arm, completely unaware of the intrusion. In a flash my mind catches up to the situation. It was probably Liam! Just like he’d let himself into Lily’s last night he had just walked in unannounced into his mother’s home. FUCK!

I look to my lover and my partner, taking courage from her angelic beauty. Heather had been dreading this moment, her son versus her boy. It was bound to cause pain, unless I could somehow nip the confrontation in the bud. I take a deep breath and tenderly kiss her head. “I’ll protect you too.” I whisper, before slipping out of the covers. Beyond the door I could hear someone moving around. Quietly I dress, not wanting to deal with something like this in my pajamas, then after one last look toward the bed I take another fortifying breath and step boldly out into the main room.

“Morning.” Lily says softly, pausing from making a pot of coffee to come and give me a hug. She still wore her blue doctor’s scrubs form her overnight shift, clearly having come straight from the emergency room to here.

“Lily?” I say, hugging her back.

“You thought I’d let you face him alone?” She says. “I never stood up for you back then, I’m not making that mistake again. He’ll listen to me. Even more than Mom.”

“Uh…thank you.”

She grins and gives my shoulder a squeeze. “How’s she doing?”

“She’s worried, of course.” I say, looking into her rich brown eyes. “Lily…why did Liam bully me? Back in school. I was nothing to him, why me?”

Her grin fades. “Because you were easy, Elliot. He saw you as weak.” Walking back to the coffee maker she pours the water into the resevoir and starts it. “There was no deeper meaning, if that’s what you’re looking for. He saw you as a convenient stepping stool to make himself feel bigger. And…I think it was entertaining to him because you would try to fight back. He enjoyed watching you squirm and seeing your attempts to get him back fail time and again. You were weak enough to give him the struggle he was looking for with no risk of defeat. For all his strength my brother can be a very weak and fragile man.”

“I see. So he really was just a bully.”

“He really was just a bully.” She says. “And every time Dad tried to say or do something Mom and the rest of us would protect him. We couldn’t believe that he could really be so cruel, even though deep down some of us knew it. I knew it. Just like we see the best in you now we saw the best of him then. The difference being that you’ve risen to our expectations and he took advantage of them.”

“Your dad tried?” I whisper. “That makes sense, from what I know of Alexander.”

We chat a bit as the coffee brews. Outside the early morning dawn paints the clearing sky a brilliant pinkish-orange. She was just pouring us some mugs when a light knock comes to the door. I look at Lily quizzically. Liam was the only person we were expecting this morning, especially this early, but such a tepid knock was not his personality at all. Cautiously I open the door.

“Sir.” Mia steps in and throws her arms around me, squeezing me in a tight hug!

“Mia!?”

“Last night Papa told me Liam had come to stay with them. He’s planning on coming here!” She says, her wide green eyes glimmering on the verge of tears. She wore a long tartan skirt and a cute knit sweater with little music symbols across the front. From the red around her eyes I could tell she hadn’t gotten much sleep the night before. “I-I-I won’t let him…”

“Shhh.” I pet her soft hair and kiss her head. “I know, Princess. Nobody’s going to get hurt.”

Closing her eyes she nuzzles into my chest and hugs me with all her strength. “I’m not leaving! Don’t make me leave. I want to be here for you.”

“Heyyy. It’s okay.” I pull back and straighten her glasses. Mia had come to protect me too, little brilliant Mia who had her own demons to battle. It touched me to my core. With a kiss to her forehead I say. “You want a coffee?”

“Um…oh! Lily!”

“Hey, Mia.” Lily says, already pulling down another mug for her cousin. “Great minds think alike.”

“And fools seldom differ.” I mutter as I hear and then see a sputtering, smoking, rusted out Subaru pulling up to the front of the house.

Her dirty blond hair barely held together in the messiest of messy buns, dark glasses over her blue eyes, and donning a loose Philadelphia Flyer’s jersey and jeans, Julie gets out of her car with a large box of donuts in her hands. From the street she pauses as she sees Mia and I peering out at her from the doorway. Her face brightens and she lets out a way too loud laugh given the early hour. “Ha ha ha! Mia, you little scrapper. Here I thought I’d be the only cavalry.” Julie jogs up the walk, nearly tripping on the stairs and barely keeping a hold of the donut box, then walks into the house. She passes the donuts to Mia and grabs me up into a crushing hug. “As if I wasn’t gonna have your back, cutie.”

Lily, without a pause, takes down another mug and pours it. “I’m gonna have make another pot!”

“Lily!” Julie says brightly. “We got a whole damn family reunion goin on.”

“I’m surprised you woke up this early, even for this.” Lily quips.

“Woke up?” Julie grins. “It’s not even bedtime.”

Mia goes to the table and lays the box of treats down on it then brings some napkins to stack beside it.

Still at the door I watch the women, gobsmacked. I am shaking my head and laughing. “You guys…I…I don’t know what to say.”

“I might suggest, ‘yer feckin awesome ladies’.” Comes another voice from behind me with a lilting Irish accent.

“Bri.” I turn around just in time to see her stepping through the screen door. Out of the dress that made her look like a elvish maiden she once more wore the trousers, vest and shirt combination from the first time I’d met her. “You too?”

“Me too.” She winks. “We wee folk gotta stick together, remember?”

“How could I forget.” I pull Briana into a hug.

After hugging me and kissing my cheek she kicks off her shoes and joins the others. “Save that Boston Cream for me.”

Just then the bedroom door opens and a groggy-eyed Heather shuffles out in her bathrobe. She takes in the hive of activity that was the main room, looks at the clock, then says. “What in the world…?”

The whole lot of us look at each other then back to Heather and say in unison. “Good morning!”
