Returning from a Mission

Kushina was jumping from tree to tree back to Hidden in the Leaves Village as she had just finished a fairly simple solo mission, and she was looking forward to going home even though she still had about two days to go to the village when she suddenly heard the sound of thunder to which Kushina looking up at the sky sees a big storm approaching that was beginning to form along her way to Konoha.

Kushina: Great, just when the weather was nice -- Kushina complained because looking at the storm the redhead debated whether she should go through it but she quickly dismissed the idea when she saw the size of the storm so seeing no other option she decides to use her sensory abilities to scan the entire area and surroundings to find a shelter.

Even so, Kushina didn't take long to find a cave that could serve as a refuge but she felt the presence of two people in a carriage from what she deduced, that they were a couple of civilian merchants or at least that's what they seemed while her second option was the from a cabin that was not that far but was apparently occupied by an old man who was apparently an old retired Shinobi and even now in his mind was the option of going through the storm despite the consequences it would bring. to the life of him way back to Leaf Village.
