Return of the nipple clamps

Rosalyn took the nipple clamps out of her pocket, and looked meaningfully at the naked defenceless Mackenzie. 'Lets see if you have changed your mind about wearing these' she said, reaching out and attaching them again to Mackenzie's nipples, a process which this time involved a little blowing on them and tweaking them 'to get them just right' as she said. To Mackenzie's embarrassment the cold air of the arcade, or something, was making them firm and erect. Rosalyn also seemed to be adjusting something on the clamps, and Mackenzie was so relieved when Rosalyn stopped, she did not pay attention to what Rosalyn was saying to Lucile, the girl from the booth, who had been watching the whole spectacle. Lucile left, walking towards the back of the arcade,

When Lucile returned she was pushing a stand supporting a large steel upright bar, taller than Mackenzie, topped off by a horizontal bar. The stand had 3 horizontal pieces in a Y shape, with the top of the Y in the same direction as the horizontal bar. Lucile positioned the stand so the end of the horizontal bar was above Mackenzie's head with the vertical bar of the stand off to her left. At about waist level was a lever, pointing upwards, and small silver wheel. 'Down' Rosalyn said, and Lucile started to reach for the lever, and hesitated, saying 'I am not allowed'. 'Good girl' Rosalyn replied with approval, and moved the lever so it pointed downwards, and then stepped back to watch.

Lucile turned the wheel and a chain, ending in a small hook, started to lower from the stand. 'The wheel is on a ratchet, so it only turns one way' Lucile explained, demonstrating, 'and the lever sets whether the chain goes up or down, but only Rosalyn is allowed to touch the lever - she can even even remove it in the up setting so - hypothetically - someone in your position - if they could reach the wheel, could shorten the chain, but would not be tempted to cheat by lengthening it.' Lucile was blushing as she said this.

Rosalyn hooked the chain between Mackenzie's nipple clamps, moved the lever to point upwards, and then, with a knowing grin, removed the lever and put it in her pocket, then resumed her place in front of Mackenzie's nude body. 'Up' she said. With an apologetic look at Mackenzie, Lucile started to turn the wheel and the chain started to shorten - slowly.

Mackenzie pulled helplessly at the cuffs, she was naked and helpless, at the mercy of two clothed girls, and there was nothing she could do to stop them.
