Resolve to stay Michelle

"No" you think. Its time to put down roots and do something that any ordinary person without this special gift would normally do. Live out the life you were given at birth, or at least the body you are now in, that was given at birth. Your new personality tells you that jumping into other's bodies indefinitely would lead you down an endless spiral.

So one night when you are sitting in your room contemplating what to do, you finally break and you take the pens outside and smash them with a rock. At first you were guilt stricken thinking of how you had just murdered the original Michelle, but then you thought if you are Michelle now, how could you even **** yourself if you are still alive?

If anything its a blessing that her entire family and friends can still interact with her, just though you because technically you are her, and through her memories you always have been her in a way. The only people who would even be sad are the people who knew the original Josh. But then again you think about the original Michelle who lost her life but never got to be mourned in anyway....But in a way this way no one needs to be sad over her.

And in the bubble bath you now soak in you realize that while not perfect it does seem like a happy ending just like all the stories you read when you remember being a little girl hearing the princess stories before bed.
