The resist branch focuses solely on how to resist the Rapi's main weapons of their infection and their cum. while some very small attempts at making a resistant male have shown some success they have found that while the male resists the control and change of the rapi, their sex drive and cum still seem to be effected and they end up becoming a threat in their own right.

While armour has been made that resists the melting properties of the Rapi cum the branch has been unsuccessful at making an inorganic material that can resist the cum completely. There is a prototype suit that was made of organic living tissue, but it turned out to be a failure when it was shown to turn against its wearer when hit with the cum, rendering the soldier in the suit unable to fight.
