Remove entropy and the threat of univesal heat

"On a universal scale, the lack of meaning is often attributed to two things: 1) that entropy causes chaos to increase endlessly, eventually leading to a universe in which energy and matter are mostly scattered about randomly, and 2) that the universe expands endlessly, eventually leading to a heat ****. I suppose that if you did away with these things, even sceptics and scientific people would be more inclined to believe the notion of gaining eternal salvation by following you."

"A wonderful idea! I really didn't know what I was thinking with that whole entropy dealy. Must've been teenage angst or something. Well, it sprouted a good few poems while it lasted. And the expanding universe... well that's useful and all, but it sort of got out of hand. Who needs a googol kilometers of space anyways?"

With that, thermodynamic equilibrium and universal expansion are no more. The consultant looks around for a moment.

"Hm. I don't feel any different."

"Of course not. While the laws of physics have been drastically altered, I've taken great care that life and most all technological advances are still viable. What now? Will people begin to worship me anytime soon?"

"Well, some might. But what would be really effective is to actually go out and announce that the laws of physics have been altered, and that you alone are responsible for it."

"Well let's see."

Eva turns around in her chair and summons a large flatscreen TV behind the two. A special news report begins to air immediately. The YXZ-channel's blonde blue-clad newsanchor is raving about an unprecedented scientific discovery.

"... we're going live to our correspondent at the CERN particle physics laboratory, where Supreme Deity of the universe, Eva, has just announced that she has revamped the laws of physics. What's going on there, Lenny?"

A thirty-ish male reporter at the live feed talks loudly in the pandemonioum of what the CERN's main conference room has become.

"That's right: Eva has just now announced that entropy has been totally removed, and that the universe will no longer expand from its current dimensions."

The camera view changes to look an earlier recording of Eva, proudly lecturing the conglomerade of scientists about her newest creation.

"...and since there was really no use for Dark Matter and Dark Energy, I did away with it. That stopped the expansion. Entropy is just a matter of making a bunch of White Holes to counter the Black Holes in the universe. These will renew the scattered matter, and uphold a balance of order and disorder. Are there any questions? Yes, you there, with the checkered hat."

"Yes, why now of all times? This has been a long-requested update."

"Well I thought that by doing this, I'd give people a purpose in their lives! Now they needn't worry that the achievements of the human race will be forgotten by time. Now there will always be something to hold dear. Of course, I do expect that people will now have more time to consider my presence, and perhaps be more willing to worship me?"

The camera turns back to the reporter, who looks sold on these new and improved physics.

"You heard it from Eva. If you'll excuse me, I'll be going home to build a shrine for our Supreme Goddess."

The view turns back to the newsanchor.

"I might do as well, but after the show, because some of us have tact, Lenny!"

Eva turns the TV off, takes a deep breath and looks back at her advisor.

"Well, that was fast, don't you say?"

"Frankly I myself didn't expect that to work that well."

"You've served me exceptionally well, Chris. For that, I will reward you greatly. I grant you one wish. Anything that your heart desires shall be yours. Be it posessions, money, power, health, knowledge or an experience - it's your choice."
