Rematch against Roxanne

"Hello, Roxanne. I would like to rematch you again." said Jade. "Well, that was quick, have you learned your lesson?" asked Roxanne. "I did, but that was already a day ago, I'm going to get the badge that I need." said Jade. "Now would you kindly demonstrate how your true strength after the training you have?" asked Roxanne. "I will show you how strong me and my Pokémon have come." said Jade. "Alright then, let's do this Geodude!" said Roxanne, as she summons her level 14 Geodude. "Sophie, it's time for your redemption!" said Jade, as she summons Sophie the Ralts, but she's now level 15.

"Sophie use Confusion!" said Jade, as Ralts attack the Geodude with a weak telekinetic attack, that deals critical damage. "Geodude use Rock Tomb!" said Roxanne, as Geodude hits Sophie with a lot of rocks which cause her speed to slow down. "Good work there Geodude, here let me heal you." said Roxanne, as she uses a potion. "Sophie use Confusion again!" said Jade, as Ralts attack Geodude with another weak telekinetic attack. Then Geodude throws rock at Ralts, while Sophie hits Geodude with another telekinetic attack. "Geodude let me heal you again." said Roxanne, as she heals Geodude with another potion. "Wait, I thought gym leaders can only use 1 healing potion every time?" asked Jade. "That rule applies only in other universes, not this one." said Roxanne. "Oh, thanks for telling me." said Jade, as Sophie attacks Geodude with another weak telekinetic attack before Jade heals her with her one-time healing item. After a few more blows from either side, Sophie eventually won against Geodude.

"Impressive, well then. Nosepass is your turn!" said Roxanne, as she summons Nosepass to replace her already defeated Geodude. "Sophie use Confusion!" said Jade, as Sophie again attacks Nosepass with another weak telekinetic attack. "Nosepass use Rock Tomb!" said Roxanne, as Nosepass attacks Sophie with a lot more rocks, then few more turns is just Nosepass using Rock Throw and Rock Tomb, and Sophie only using Confusion. However, thanks to the previous Rock Tomb attack from Geodude and more Rock Tombs from Nosepass, Sophie sadly got taken down.

"If I'm not mistaken, you still have your Torchic left." said Roxanne. "You are right, come on out Ember!" said Jade, as she summons Ember the Torchic to replace Sophie the Ralts, despite Nosepass has the type advantage, Jade has a plan. "Nosepass use Rock Throw!" said Roxanne. "Ember jump on the rocks and use Peck!" said Jade, as Ember jumps onto the rocks and pecks Nosepass, which deal critical damage to it. "Nosepass use Rock Tomb!" said Roxanne, as more rocks hits Ember. "Oh no!" said Jade. "Looks like you have to become my sex slave aka my wife forever, Jade." said Roxanne, as she's starting to get happy. "No, I know she can still battle." said Jade, after she said that Ember screams and she start to flash a white light. "Nosepass use Rock Throw!" said Roxanne, while Ember is starting to evolve, and before it can hit her, Ember destroys the rocks from kicking it, and after that Ember finally evolves into a Combusken. "Yes, my plan is working, and it learns Double Kick!" said Jade, as she's happy to see Ember evolved. "So that's your plan all along, well then Nosepass use Rock Tomb!" said Roxanne. "Ember use Double Kick!" said Jade, as Ember destroys the rocks using double kick, then Ember kicks Nosepass twice, which cause Nosepass to be defeated.

"All yeah, Ember you did it!" said Jade. "So... I lost... Looks like I have to train more if I need to beat you again." said Roxanne. "Congratulations on beating me, as the rules state that trainers are given a badge if they defeat a gym leader." said Roxanne, as she goes to the shelf, and collect a case. "Please accept the official league's Stone Badge, it will be proof that you have beaten me." said Roxanne, as Jade takes the Stone Badge. "Finally! I got the Stone Badge!" said Jade. "Also, here take the TM of Rock Tomb, it's perfect for rock type Pokémon, plus it can reduce the opponent's speed. Remember TM's can only use once per battle." said Roxanne, as she gives Jade the TM for Rock Tomb. "Thanks, Roxanne. Now I beaten you, I don't know what my next gym is." said Jade. "You can go to Dewford Town and battle the gym leader there." said Roxanne, before feeling a bit sad.

"Huh? What's wrong, Roxanne." asked Jade. "It's just that, I know you for a day and I love you, but I can't believe you have to leave already." said Roxanne. "Why can't you just go on the journey with me?" asked Jade. "I can't. Gym leaders have to remain their duties as gym leaders unless someone replaces them, but I don't have any successors yet, so I have to stay here." said Roxanne. "No worries, I can call you every time whenever that I got something as a reward." said Jade. "Oh yeah, you have my contact, sure then. But if you come near Rustboro City, please visit me." said Roxanne. "Sure, I will. I will never miss you!" said Jade, as she start to walk out of the gym. "Me too!" said Roxanne, as Jade got out of the gym.

When Jade got out of the gym, the same team Magma grunt leaves the Devon Corporation, while the Devon Researcher rushes towards it. "Come back!" shouted the Devon Researcher, as he run towards him, but the Magma grunt is too fast, so he can't catch up, leaving him alone. "Oh, it's you. The girl who saved me, please I need your help!" asked the Devon Researcher. "What's wrong?" asked Jade. "Help me! I was robbed by Team Magma! I have to get the Devon Goods back! If I don't... I will be in trouble!" said the Devon Researcher. "No problem, I will get that back from him." said Jade, as she rushes towards Route 116.
