“Ah, these relics… Normally, I would not offer these for sale, but perhaps you might be able to handle one. You see, these objects are very old, very valuable, and they should be treated as such. If you handle them with respect, they will respect you. However, should you treat them poorly… well, I wouldn’t, if I were you.”

“Ah, this Totem is an interesting piece. This totem is of an ancient god of a forgotten culture. It was said to have stood for passion and energy. It will bring excitement into your life, excitement of all kinds… Perhaps too much excitement, if you do wrong by it.”

“Aha, this Lamp. This lamp is certainly a dusty old thing, but personally I feel that is part of its charm… It is said to grant your wishes for your heart’s desires, but I must implore you: think before you speak, else your wish be twisted and perverted by it.”

“I can’t say I’ve really liked this Painting. When I… found this, the people who gave it to me explained its history. I won’t go into it all now, but folks claimed it was haunted. People who owned it would sometimes do things they didn’t want to, like someone else was making them do it... I’ve had it for a while now, though, and I’ve been just fine!”

“This Statuette is one of my favorite pieces. Its name translates, roughly, to The Target of Ire. It has an interesting story behind it. To you or I, it appears fine, but when it was first sculpted, it caused quite a stir. Apparently, the artist was tied up and paraded through town, on some questionable pretenses relating to this very sculpture. I suppose some people just can’t appreciate fine art.”
