Release them

Despondent, you just sit there for a long time looking at the two women. Gwen still hasn't moved from where you put her earlier, she just gazes at you saying nothing. Eventually Lea starts coming around, and she turns her head around, and you can see self loathing for what you reduced her too in her eyes, a look you put there.

"Alright you bastard. You got what you wanted. Now please just don't kill us." Lea asks you, hatred in her voice.

Closing your eyes, you lay your head back against the wall, sorrow washing over you in waves. Before Black Tuesday you'd have never killed someone, nor would you have considered **** one woman, let alone two. Getting up you walk over to Lea's discarded clothing, and after looking through them you find the keys to the handcuffs.

"What, more games you sick fuck." Lea asks, as she watches you walk over to Gwen holding the keys out to her.

You ignore Lea's question, and slowly Gwen reaches out taking the keys from your hand.

"Uncuff Lea please." You ask her.

Gwen gives you a shaky nod, and the nude woman stands up, on unsteady legs, an walks over to where Lea is.

With your back to the women, you set the safety on one of the pistols, and as you hear the clickety-clicky sound of the cuffs, turn and toss the gun at the women's feet.

Gwen drops the keys and jumps back a couple steps in fright, and Lea picks up the keys and quickly starts releasing the remaining cuff.

Turning, you start to move off into the darkness when you hear the sound of the hammer drawing back on the gun. You stop and turn around, to see Lea on her feet the gun pointing at you going for center mass, at this range she's sure to kill you.

"Do it." You tell her, your hands resting at your sides. Closing your eyes you wait for her to pull the trigger ending your time on this new Hell on Earth when?..
