"Umm... No thank you..." You said a bit nervous to see what his response is going to be. You were expecting him to blow up on you. But instead, you see him just letting out a sigh.

"Are you sure I don't want you to be alone during lunch? Definitely when other guys can come and sweep you away." He says looking at you with concern.

This makes your heart skip a beat. You never knew that Jason can be so sweet and kind. You always knew him as a big bully who picks a fight with you every chance he got.

But right now he’s treating you like a princess. "I-I'm sure, I have friends waiting for me..." You say quickly to cheer him up. "I see you already made friends that’s nice, who are they?" He says curious.

You simply move your head toward your friend's table. When Jason sees your friends his face turns gray. "Please don't tell me you’re hanging out with them." He says disappointed.

"What's wrong with them?" You say wanting to defend your friends. "There is nothing wrong with them. Look just promise me you’ll be coming to my party after school." He says looking at you with hope in his eyes.

You nod and he sighs, "Well I hope you enjoy your lunch then cutie." He says while walking away. You can feel your face being flush hearing that compliment. Your heart is still beating too, you never knew that Jason can be such a knight.

Shaking your head you quickly head towards your table.
