Rebecca on the train 2/10

Rebecca had earned the nickname sunset during training for her signature waist long red/orange hair. She was roughly 5 9" with a soft face and a gorgeous figure leading many people to claim her rapid promotion to field agent was based more on body than merit but truth be told Rebecca had always dressed very modestly and never been one to show off. She was wearing her partial combat uniform, durable black pants with sewn in knee pads, a matching black polo underneath a ballistic vest, black boots and a sturdy belt. Her long hair was tied back into a bun and she wore a black baseball cap. The outfit fit well which eased her nerves seeing as the "anomaly" She was here to investigate was quite the troublemaker. Multiple reports had been made to local police of some sort of thief running rampant aboard the train, however the only things to be stolen were articles of clothing. This in and of itself would not be reason for the foundation to investigate however all of the clothes were stolen whilst being worn or after being recently removed, in addition to this any item that happened to be attached to or held within a stolen item would be returned seemingly out of thin air, a wallet or a phone held in a pant pocket for instance would materialize within an hour of the theft with no trace of the pants. Due to this phenomenon multiple interviews with victims were conducted, the anomaly or thief seemed to only target women between the ages of 18 and 45 with only minor variations, the women interviewed said that they would loose something in an accident and that it was almost comparable to a streak of terrible luck. More often than not this poor luck would land them naked in a public place or in some sort of erotic situation. Due to the publicity of this the foundation has had their work cut out for them scrubbing photos off of the internet related to these incidents and Rebecca was sent to confirm any supernatural activity.
