Reagan decides to trade something for the right to become Tori's new mommy

That leads Reagan and Tori to go their separate ways from each other which is Tori goes up to her room while Reagan goes over to Tori's mom so she can ask her something. That leads Reagan to take Victoria Olson into the den so she could ask for something which leads her to say after sitting down "Okay Victoria I came here to ask you if I could have Tori be my wife and my permanent daughter forever since I am willing to trade her with you. So what do you want an exchange for your daughter since it could be anything since I am willing to trade anything with you just so Tori can be my permanent daughter." That leads Reagan to produce the necessary paperwork to make it official which leads Tori's mom to think about what she wants in return for her daughter.
