Read a bit more.

Turning the pages, you look for more of the handwritten notes. Here and there you find them, most of them making very little sense, with very poetic, but meaningless, phrases. You begin to wonder what was on the mind of the person who wrote these notes.

Your attention becomes ensnared by another woodcut, next to one of the handwritten pages. The woodcut details a figure walking through a huge crowd with no attention being paid whatsoever. The figure is nude and very attractive.

Scanning the page nearby, you find references to "veiling of the sight" and "passing before the sun and leaving no shadow." You are no rocket scientist, but you are fairly certain that this is a reference to some sort of invisibility. You giggle slightly, thinking about all those little fantasies you always had as a child, specifically what you would do if nobody could see you.

The Latin words seem to glow slightly on the page, and you realize that all you need do is speak them. You hesitate, wondering if this is indeed the right thing to do.
