Raven gets asked for an interesting favor by Starfire.

"Excuse me, Raven?" Sighing, Raven looked up from her book. If the lighting wasn't so poor in her room, she would do all her reading in there. The speaker was Starfire, who seemed unusually subdued. Either she had a question about Earth culture or there was actually something important she wanted.

"Yes, Starfire?" Raven replied in her dry monotone. Though she could feel emotions now, when you've spoken in one fashion for most of your life, it's not easy to change. The alien shuffled from foot to foot in a suprising state of nervousness. Since when was Starfire afraid to ask anything? Curiosity began to brew inside of Raven.

"I...have a favor of the utmost urgency to request of you, my friend," Starfire said, in an odd whisper. Raven raised an eyebrow.

"...okay, shoot." "Why would I shoot you? Have you done something to offend me?" Shaking her head, Raven dismissed it with a wave of her hand. "Never mind. Just tell me what you want." "There is...a ritual for my people...perhaps ritual is not the right term, it is more of a stage of life, I suppose..." She was beating around the bush, another unusual thing for Starfire to do. Raven's patience was wearing thin.

"Out with it, Star. What is it?" questioned Raven. "The...stage...requires the aid of another. It is also something of a somewhat private nature. A male might find it...er...how to put this...unusual?" replied Starfire, hesitantly. "Is it really important?" Starfire nodded eagerly. "I cannot avoid it," she replied adamantly. "Before I agree, you have to tell me exactly what you want me to do." Looking around, Starfire leaned close to whisper in Raven's ear.
