Chapter 58

Does Ralph finally get an eyeful?
Ralph gets an earful from Mac.
Mackenzie did the first thing that came to her mind. The one thing that might get them out of this.
“Arf! Arf! Arf! Grrrrrrrrr…” barked Mackenzie.
Her noises didn’t feel totally convincing, but she stopped Ralph in his tracks in an inch deep puddle. Mackenzie looked to Samantha one more time who gave a subtle nod.
“Sorry she isn’t very friendly with strangers...” said Samantha, grinning and using body language to denote that he should step back.
Samantha’s new “dog” continued fighting for her life with an Oscar worthy performance. “Grrrr… Rooooo! Arf! Arf! Rrrrrrrrrr… Woof woof!” She tried all sorts of dog sounds, and put her all into it to make sure Ralph would think twice before trying to take a peek at her.
Mackenzie got a little too into character at one point when she braced her hands on the ground, literally getting down on all fours (or all threes since her hands were tied together) before immediately moving back to a squat and hiding her blushing face from Samantha.
Just past her girlfriend, Mackenzie saw that traffic was coming to a stop again. The cars hadn’t piled up past the hedge yet, but newcomers were slowly rolling toward a red light.
Ralph put his hands up. “Sorry, Mac. I was just saying hi,” he said, “I’ll check you out later.”
He backed away and lifted his third and final giant bag of garbage toward the open dumpster. The heavy bag was blocking his view. If she was gonna do this, now was the time and she better stay “in character”.
Mackenzie acted on instinct again by bolting for the hedge, growling and barking as she zipped away from the parking lot. A second later, Samantha’s leash was nearly pulled out of her hand. She leaned forward and barely managed to follow along with the sudden movement.
With her hands tied together, she awkwardly pumped her arms down near her belly button while she ran. Her breasts bounced up and down with her sprinting while swaying side to side with her arm movements.
Unfortunately at this exact moment, a limo rolled to a stop directly at the end of the hedge. The windows were tinted, and Mackenzie cursed herself for picking this moment to make her move. She thought that a better chance without traffic nearby might have appeared if she waited, but didn’t have much time to think about it. She needed to act and didn’t stop moving.
“Arf arf!” barked Mackenzie. Mackenzie thought that if Ralph turned around now, going the sidewalk route will have been for nothing. So she barked as she ran toward the sidewalk to keep the facade going, at least according to Ralph’s ears. Samantha was being yanked along behind her.
“Down girl. Stop! Sit!” commanded Samantha.
Sit? Uh uh! thought Mackenzie. We’re getting out of here.
Splash splash splash! Mackenzie slapped her feet through the puddle created by Ralph’s previous hosing, and made it to the edge of the parking lot.
Not wanting to hurt her bare feet, she leapt over the wood chip divider toward the sidewalk with Samantha trailing behind her, barely hanging onto the leash around her wrists.
Samantha froze up. She’d been too distracted thinking about the dynamic between her and Mackenzie that she let her guard down with Ralph. He was going to walk arou-
“Arf! Arf! Arf! Grrrrrrrrr…” barked Mackenzie.
Samantha let out a breath she didn’t know she was holding. The barks sounded very suspicious, but somehow they stopped Ralph in his tracks. The girls locked eyes and Samantha gave her a subtle nod.
“Sorry she isn’t very friendly with strangers...” said Samantha, grinning and using body language to denote that he should step back.
Samantha’s new “dog” continued fighting for her life with an Oscar worthy performance. “Grrrr… Rooooo! Arf! Arf! Rrrrrrrrrr… Woof woof!”
Mackenzie was giving it her all. She tried all sorts of dog sounds, going so far into character that she got down on all fours (all threes?) at one point. She quickly straightened back up and covered her face to hide from Samantha.
Samantha appreciated Mackenzie's dedication to her craft.
Ralph put his hands up. “Sorry, Mac. I was just saying hi,” he said, “I’ll check you out later.”
He backed away and lifted his third and final giant bag of garbage toward the open dumpster.
If they were gonna do this, now was the time and they better be quick.
Samantha started a mental countdown, she was one beat away from bounding past Ralph, down the parking lot. They could slip behind a car after a couple dozen feet.
As the heavy bag blocked his view, Mackenzie beat her to the punch, dashing perpendicular to Samantha’s inertia.
Samantha was caught off guard by this. She was yanked along, barely able to hang onto the leash.
The naked redhead’s chest heaved side to side as she awkwardly jogged with her hands tied near her stomach. Samantha saw luscious globes of flesh wobble into view on either side of Mackenzie from behind.
Up ahead, a limo with tinted windows rolled to a stop directly at the end of the hedge. Samantha now knew why Mackenzie chose this direction. She clearly liked streaking past larger than normal vehicles. Maybe someday Samantha could help her streak a monster truck or a double-decker train or something.
“Arf arf!” barked Mackenzie, keeping the dog facade going.
“Down girl. Stop! Sit!” commanded Samantha. She didn’t actually want her to stop, but Samantha was doing her part of playing the dogwalker being pulled along by her dog. Not that she needed acting skills at all for this, she really was being pulled along by Mackenzie!
Splash splash splash! Mackenzie slapped her feet through the puddle created by Ralph’s previous hosing, and made it to the edge of the parking lot. Samantha tried her best to keep up, still not truly getting her footing after being left in the dust initially.
Mackenzie leapt over the wood chip divider toward the sidewalk with Samantha trailing behind her, barely hanging onto the leash around her wrists.
What fate awaits the dynamic duo on the sidewalk?
