Author Note; in Underworld, the difference between Werewolf and Lycan is Werewolves cannot take Human Form, while Lycans can. Werewolves that aren't William all seem to be completely Savage, while William can be calmed by his brother Markus. In this lewder version, the Werewolves are basically Hulk intelligence (capable of thought and strategy but doninated by emotions) and can't speak like Humans. Elsewhere, Viktor grimaced at the raw feeling in his chest. The final prison for the First Werewolf, William Corvinus, was complete and the Progenitor of both the source of his revenue and his slaves had finally been locked away. Werewolves weren't the mindless beasts Viktor professed them to be. William had been too strategic where he struck. Werewolves merely lacked the ability to return to Human Form and form Human Speech.

He kept that knowledge restricted to those he trusted. Sadly, both Amelia and Viktor's Vampire Progenitress, Melissa, knew as well. Melissa, as William's brother, of course knew. And the bond of blood between the duo was enough for Viktor to keep them separate.

The Spawn of William still plagued the land. But none could breach the defences of the Covens. The Humans weren't so well-defended. Which made them pay and pay for aid.

There was little reason to eradicate the beasts when they created an ideal environment for the Covens to increase their control of the lands.

And... the Lycans. Sons of William, diluted to the point they could take Human Form. They made ideal slaves. Lucian had become the closest thing to a son for Viktor. And for a beast, Lucian appeared dutiful and quite good at keeping the rest of his foul race in line.

Still... perhaps he was letting sentiment cloud his vision. Lucian was the First Lycan. He wasn't a tool the Vampires used to control the Lycans, he was leading the Lycans. Right now, he was loyal. But would he remain so?
