Quality Check & Levels

Chapter 3 by JustThatWriter

So here’s a quick rundown of what the various levels mean, now I’m not a perfect game designer so please don’t lynch me if you disagree with my levels! I’m always open to taking criticism & editing stuff!

Quality Checks

Quality Checks range from One to Six.

QCL-1

One is the easiest, only way to lose a Quality Check of One is if your Quality is a Zero. An example of a QCL-1 is attempting to get someone’s attention when it’s just you and them.

QCL-2

Two is a moderately hard, losing to a Quality Check of Two is if your Quality is a One or Zero. An example of a QCL-2 is attempting to get someone’s attention during a busy conversation involving 4 or more people.

QCL-3

*Three is the standard level of difficulty for anything you might say is achievable if you put effort in (yo***u should know the deal by now, meet or beat the QCL*). An example of QCL-3* is trying to get someone’s attention at a packed dinner table during Christmas.

QCL-4

Four is quite hard. An example of QCL-4 is trying to get someone’s attention whilst there’s loud music playing.

QCL-5

Five is very hard but not impossible. An example of QCL-5 is trying to get someone’s attention whilst there is loud music playing there is a crowd of people are dancing between you two.

QCL-6

Six is very improbable, only those that are at the peak of their field can pass these. An example of QCL-6 is trying to get someone’s attention across an entire field full of hundreds of people partying whilst ear splitting music plays.

Now you may be wondering, why the FUCK are you using the ‘get someone’s attention’ anology? Well to be honest I am very lazy and do not want to write out x6 examples for each **Quality**. Anywho that’s all!
