For the purposes of the story, Rob has infinite money. I will also never out and out say how much money he has, since stuff like that I think is more fun for the audience to fill in the blanks.

In universe, however, he has a definitive amount of money. Several hundred billion or more. Also, it has yet to come up, but he does have Izu use her superpowered processing speed to analyze market trends and invest pieces of his fortune in order to make more money.

"Subsequent question: does Rob gain the memories of his clones once they expire, or he reclaims them, or however else they presumably cease to be?"

Something else that has yet to come up, as Rob has not explored everything he can do with his clones. I like to imagine than when he has active clones, Rob can extend his conscious to one or more of the and experience what they are experiencing all at once. In addition, whenever a clone expires, he does gain their memories, but not as an immediate surge of knowledge. The memories he gains from his clones are recessive and compartmentalized. He can recall them with little effort, but he also always aware where they came from.

"Is there ever going to be a all the way through penetration scene whether harmlessly or not it is up to you?"

There is no current plan, but with girls like Kamala and Helen, the possibility is always there. If it does happen, it would be largely harmless, however. Rob (and myself) does not want to physically harm the girls.

Well, I had no idea what to expect when I set this up, just figured it would be a fun thing to do. Oh, well. Thank you to Sanev and Morzan for their questions. Maybe we'll do this again when we hit another milestone. 75 chapters? 1000 Likes? Half a million views? Or maybe I'll do something else instead.
