Punish Miki and leave for work

You summon Miki to the main hall, where a handful of the other women have gathered out of curiosity. Miki stands before you with her head bowed, trembling slightly as she awaits the disciplinary verdict for her careless stunt with the window.

"I have never stopped any woman here from having a boyfriend, nor will I stop you from marrying," you tell Miki, your voice carrying clearly across the room. "You are free to build a life outside. But while you are here, Uzumaki House must remain a place of work, and nothing else."

You cross your arms, maintaining a firm, level gaze. "I promised I would never touch anyone who is unwilling, and I keep that promise. But at the same time, I will not allow secret rendezvous or sneaking around inside these walls. The docking of your pay and your bond isn't about cruelty; it's simply to enforce the rules so everyone understands the boundary."

The room falls completely silent as you step closer, lowering your tone to emphasize the gravity of the situation. "More importantly, this is a matter of basic security. Because of who I am, this house is a target. I am responsible for the safety of everyone under this roof. If my clone hadn't seen you opening the window for your boyfriend, he would have been treated as an intruder with malicious intent—someone trying to break in and harm the women—and he would have been dealt with far far more severely, broken bones and all."

You sweep your gaze across the assembled faces, addressing the lingering questions some of them have had about the future of the house. "And understand this: it's not a matter of simply releasing everyone from their bonds right this second. Outside these walls, there are many people across the Land of Waves still working legally to clear their debts and bonds. I can free that, but I shouldn't. It would cause massive economic chaos and resentment in a country already broken by Gato's corruption."

"On a personal level," you continue, softening your tone slightly, "when some of you do leave here, I want them to be properly prepared. I want you to have savings, real-world experience doing other legitimate jobs, and a safe, stable place lined up to receive you so you don't just fall right back into destitution."

With the rules laid out clearly, you turn toward the sliding doors. "Now, I have official duties to attend to outside the district."

As you step out into the courtyard, you weave hand signs in a quick blur. A dozen Kage Bunshin puff into existence around the perimeter, spreading out across the roofs and corridors to lock down the security.

You look back at the doorway where Miki and the rest of the watching women stand. "One more thing," you call out with a slight, teasing grin. "Don't try to mess with or sneak past my clones while I'm gone. They share my temperament, which means they might get a bit naughty and decide to handle trespassers by dropping them straight into the courtyard koi pond—or worse."

With that final warning, you leap over the wall and head out into the village to take care of business, leaving the Uzumaki House running tightly under your watchful eye.
