Pulled to her feet

"Well," Vanessa said after a long beat. "As fun as it is to watch your butt wobble, we should do more exercise. Why don't you get up?"

Lauren tried to rise, but found herself stuck in the splits. She didn't have the leg strength of flexibility to rise. She managed to pull herself up a couple inches before falling back into the splits. This set her butt warbling wildly for another thirty seconds for Vanessa, Mark and Britney's entertainment.

"God, you can't even haul yourself up?" Britney chided Lauren. "I can't believe how out of shape you are!"

"Give me a hand." Vanessa said to Britney. They each came on each side of Lauren and caught her hands, hauling her up.

"Ooph, so heavy!' Britney commented as Lauren staggered to her feet. Mark stayed, enjoying the view from behind of Lauren's incredible wedgie.

Lauren began trying to unwedge her shorts from her nethers and backside, but Vanessa spoke up.

"Alright, now that you loosened up, time to burn some calories!" She said as Lauren tugged at her shorts...
