Promise to learn how to swim.(+1 Decent)

I took a deep breath and tried to find the inner strength and courage to stand up for myself.

• "OK coach, listen to me. I may not be the most skilled but I am determined. And if you give me a chance I will learn how to swim by the end of this semester."
• "I don't know if you can pull that off Lucy."
• "You don't have to believe in me, you have to trust me just for a bit and I will prove you wrong."
• "OK fine, do as you please, you either pass that test or not."

I left the pool and decided to take responsibility for myself. The first thing I did was to find swimming classes with a private trainer. I don't have to be a pro swimmer, I just need to pass this test. Secondly I reflected on running away from tough situations. It's never a good idea, and I was determined to stick to my decision.
