You are a guard in a women's prison, and these girls are out of control. You got to be hard on them to keep them in line, and you are the only one who can do it. You got a special leg up though on these prisoners, a third leg you could say. You got a secret weapon in your pants that when the girls see it make them a bit more receptive to punishment.
