Catarina Fights Back

Catarina stumbled away, using the coolers to escape the wild punches and kicks of her opponent.

She couldn’t believe this was happening to her. Her hair was ruined and this crazy lady wasn’t letting up.

“Where do you think you’re going?” Maria continued to follow her around the cooler.

“What is wrong with you?!”

Maria growled as Catarina moved away again. “You’re not getting out of here until I finished with you.”

Catarina realised that she wouldn’t get a chance to unlock the door and run. Her opponent was too fast and too experienced. The only option was to fight back.

When Maria came for her again, Catarina let loose with a wicked slap. The shot stunned her and she actually stumbled backward for a moment.

Catarina saw her opening and rushed her. She tackled Maria around the mid-section and the two women went to ground in a pile of screeches and clawing.

The melee continued on the ground until Maria lashed out with her hand. A stray finger raked Catarina across the eyes in the process. Blinded, Maria threw her off as she clutched her face.

“Big mistake, little girl.” Maria punched her right in the jaw.

Catarina was dazed again. She thought she tasted blood in her mouth. Either way, she didn’t have the chance to check as Maria forced her up and threw her back across the freezer. She landed in a heap on the other side.

This time Maria wasted no time and dragged her up again. Her yellow polo shirt came untucked to display her tanned Mediterranean skin. Maria forced her up against the freezer and struck her in the chin again with a meaty fist.

Catarina tried to sink to the ground, but Maria wouldn’t let her, forcing her to lay back first on top of the freezer. Her arms and legs were splayed out as she watched the stars in the ceiling.

Satisfied with her work, Maria decided on her next course of action.
