Spot Eva ahead.

After marching straight through the land, you come to the main gates allowing one passage through the thick, towering walls that protect you and all of your friends. The only one around is a long-eared figure standing alone right in front of the gateway. When she turns, thankfully she isn't upset. A big smile draws across her face as your group approaches, and just like Niki and Amara, she's wearing something different as well.

Her top is pale purple with frilly trim and short sleeves. It's a crop top, so it's cut beneath her bust, showing her cute, smooth midriff as she usually does. This outfit doesn't have any cleavage to speak of, though that doesn't matter in the slightest with Eva's shapely figure. Her bust is tightly restrained behind fabric that isn't all that thick. You can see tiny bumps at tip of each. Below that, she has a skirt which rides up nearly to her belly button, and of course it's short and ends at her thighs. The material is black, though it gradually fades to a deep, sparkly blue. The clip in her hair is still present, but otherwise, she has none of her normal equipment on her person presently apart from a tiny pouch at her hip.

When Eva spots you, she brings a hand back through her hair as she looks herself over quickly. Then she steps forward--dark purple flats on her feet. "So that's where she went! I was annoyed at first, but now I can see that she was just bringing you to me."

"My apologies, Ms. Beela," Yin says.

"So this is Mina again," says Eva. "It's kinda nice to have more people smaller than I am."

The mouse purses her lips and mutters, "You don't look all that small to me."

"Huh?"

Niki tugs the squeakin up when she starts to slip. "We were looking for you, Eva. Seems like Kyle has something he wants to talk about."

Amara wraps her arms around yours. "Indeed. We are all quite close, yes? So we should discuss everything together."

"True!" Eva quickly makes her way over and tugs on your other arm. "I guess we are close, hm?"

Uh. Did she get a little angry when Amara grabbed me?

"I might as well explain here. So, you know Lady Vex, right? The Demon King far northwest of here?"

Niki nods. "Yeah. The one that lives on the other side of the Oraang Desert."

"The one that invited us to that meeting of the Demon Kings," Eva adds.

You continue. "Well, not one of her direct servants but some sort of ally visited me in my dreams twice now. She's this weird, spectral woman that looks like the night sky wrapped around the shape of a woman. Can teleport, though that was happening inside my head, so I don't know how she actually works. Anyway, she offered me a proposal."

Eva's hand slowly strokes your arm as you speak. "What kind?"

"Something she called the Erotrain. A challenge, where if I succeed, I'll earn both the respect of Vex and hopefully useful information from the cosmic girl. She wouldn't tell me more than that, other than the fact that it would be unlikely for me to actually die. Still unsettling though."

"Is that like the Artrain?" Mina asks from her perch. "I've heard of a civilization across the sea with magic technology so advanced that they even have a magically powered series of wagons that zoom from city to city in record time."

"She said that too, so possibly?"

"Then you have to do it!"

"Do I get to fight too?" Niki asks.

"Well, I didn't say it involved fighting. It might not at all," you say. "Given the name, I have a feeling it's something very weird."

"Ah yes. I see," Mina ponders out loud. "I heard that the Artrain originally got its name from Arcane and Train, the former meaning related to magic, the latter roughly meaning to point or aim something. If this follows that format, then... Oh dear."

Eva slowly squishes her chest against your arm as she holds you closer. "Well, I'll be here to help you with this challenge if I'm able, okay?"

"Yeah. I don't really know what to except," you admit. "But I guess I might as well call Vex and see what she says. Having as many allies as possible is gonna be invaluable as long as I stay labelled as Demon King, and if I want to eventually put that Elok guy in his place. The last thing I want is the opposite to happen, and everybody to team up against me."
