Well all of the voices seemed to be on the same page regarding the person in the cell and so Yulia just ignored the cell and headed over to the coin door as the person in the cell called after her, "Hey! Hey come back! Come on!" he calls before Yulia uses Unlock on the door and is relieved when the lock easily opens.

I wouldn't have been able to see you again, you would have been stuck with my sister Dahlia instead," she explains and then stands up and approaches Yulia, "but you're here now and it looks like you're doing well, despite the difficulties of this floor, so... shall we negotiate?" she says with a grin and a wink.
