Chapter 4 by TheControverser TheControverser

Does Brianna's window time go without incident?

Not really...

“Oh no,” Brianna muttered about ten minutes into her window time.

“What is it?” Texas asked, looking over Jeremy’s file.

“Some college kids are across the street at the burger joint and they’ve spotted me,” Brianna told him.

Texas smiled and shook his head. Getting up, he moved to one of the windows closer to him and peered out through the curtain. Sure enough, a large group of college aged kids were staring towards the window that Brianna was standing in front of. The girls of the group were laughing and pointing their cell phones at her while the guys were giving thumbs ups and winking suggestively.

“Remember to make eye contact with them. Smile and wave,” Texas told her.

“Texas, I’m sorry. Please,” Brianna pleaded.

Texas sighed and motioned for her step away from the window. It wasn’t his habit to end punishments early but he figured that she had suffered enough. He motioned for her to sit down on the couch next to her and tossed Jeremy’s file over to her.

“What do you see in this? There is something I’m missing,” Texas said with a sigh.

Texas watched as Brianna picked up the folder and started to read the files within. He was surprised at what a big change shaving her pubic hair had been. She looked like a totally different person. He had never really paid too much attention to her when it came to romantic interest but this was almost too much. She was being sexy without even trying.

“Oh!” Brianna said, her eyes widening. “Of course!”

“What? What do you see?” Texas asked.

“Don’t you think it’s curious that three other captors tried to run them down and failed? Jeremy and Mary were always one step ahead. We were assuming that one of them caught sight of the captors and tipped the other one off. What if there is a third person? It makes much more sense,” Brianna said.

“That’s interesting. Who?” Texas asked.

“Well, it says that all three escapes were made at night clubs. Night clubs usually have one thing in common,” Brianna said.

“Bouncers. Probably the one at the door,” Texas pondered.

“Exactly,” Brianna said.

“Well, that leaves us at a disadvantage, doesn’t it? My gear isn’t exactly subtle. If it is the bouncer, there is no way to hide what I am,” Texas said.

“Very true,” Brianna said. “I guess I could go undercover as a runaway.”

“Absolutely not,” Texas said, shaking his head.

“Texas, please. I screwed up badly. I need to make it up to you,” Brianna said.

“What if they have a serum cartridge and want you to use it?” Texas asked.

“Then I’ll use it. Texas, I owe you. Big time. Let me make this right,” Brianna said.

Before Texas can answer, there is a knock at the door. He can hear giggling from the other side. He immediately realizes that it is more than likely the college kids from across the street. How they found out which room they were in was a mystery. He now needed to decide if he should open the door or send them away...

Does he open the door?
