What's next?

You make a counter-offer

You hesitate, as the situation is not as black-and-white as the young blond painted it. Technically, you were rotating on the spot when you collided, not even walking, how can it be your fault? The knowledge of the Rulebook tells you that in a dispute as such one would first normally ask an independent witness to interfere and here there is one readily available, as the older lady is still on the bench and looking up from her tablet at the two of you. However, the witness would be expected to add a punishment of their own. If the blamed party still disagrees, there is an option to call for a full investigation, no matter how trivial the original incident if the disciplinary system is at stake. CCTV footage would be pulled, your bodies examined for prints and marks. However, if one takes it this far, the guilty party will get a severe judicial caning at the very least so very few cases ever end up like that.

While your brain is processing and replaying the events that just took place and evaluating the probabilities and consequences in order to come up with the best response, your eyes are busy devouring the energetic blonde. Worse still is the fact your mouth starts speaking the furious protests of the brain in the background.

"I would hate for you to have to rush the punishment", you hear yourself say. "Presumably you are centrally based. How about you give me a shout when you are free, I will buy you a coffee and you can do it properly?"

You can barely believe you just volunteered for a longer and presumably harder spanking over such a trivial matter. Of course your bottom will be less sore later, but still, even in the state it is now six hand spanks should be bearable enough. No, you are only doing this because you want to be over the lap of this girl (or in whichever position she puts you) for longer and after having exchanged phone numbers. You are aware, presumably through the power of the Rulebook since you did not read this in your earlier research, that it is not uncommon for a punishment to be delayed by mutual agreement. Small ones are more likely to be executed on the spot, but exceptions still can easily be found.

Nonetheless the blonde is looking at you searchingly for far too long before she finally speaks.
