Carefully

Very carefully you walk into that room, or what it seems to be, only to be welcomed by a loud "CROAK!"

Some burning torches on the walls show, that here a living 1..2...3...4..........11 Toads. What they are doing down here, and why they did not die before.. you don't mind.

This room looks like that one, in which you were before, but it is just much bigger. To the south there are two possibilities to go on. A wooden Portcullis - you can see a passage going a few meters further south, before continuing to the right. The second possibility is a wooden door, which seems to be at least as solid as the iron door, you just unlocked.
