Waterbending worked to her advantage in this situation, she skidded across the bay on a whirlpool several feet in the air. When she arrived at the building, she simply popped open a window on the second story and slid in.

It was much hotter in here, steam and smoke filled the room, meaning one thing: the factory was running. "So I guess someone IS here, and probably quite a few someones. That's... just fine, I'll just find some pliers laying around in the back here." Korra would never admit it, but she found herself enjoying the sneaking around, and thrill of almost getting caught. She found the door she needed, leading to a room containing pliers and tongs, perfect for tearing apart metal things.

She slipped in and grabbed a pair of pliers, walking out of the room while triumphantly tossing them up and down. She got to work on removing the constraint on her neck, a task which proved more tasking than she expected, even for all her strength. In her struggles, her still wet feet caused her to slip and fall over the guardrail and onto the next floor, where she suddenly found herself drawn to a wall.

After getting her bearings, she attempted to move forward, only to be stopped in her tracks. At this point, she noticed that the pair of pliers were stuck to the wall she had her back to. This wall was magnetic, as part of the process in constructing a Satomobile. And Korra just got herself stuck to it.
