"Excuse me!" You exclaim, walking closer to the girl, pushing orcs out of your way, stopping in front of her, and looking up at her face.

"Oh! Hello there, human friend!" The centaur cheerfully says as she notices you, smiling sweetly with her hands clasped on her front. "I'm a missionary from the church of Aurora, my name is Caroline. I'm pleased to meet you!"

"Hey, Caroline, nice to meet you too. I'm Theo."

"Do you live in this town, Theo? I-i don't want to sound rude, but... did something happen here? The houses are all burnt down..."

"Yeah, we... we were attacked some time ago. I was one of the few who survived."

The centaur gasps, blue eyes opening wide in shock as she covers her mouth with her hand. "O-oh my, you poor thing... I'm so sorry... May Aurora help you in these dire times." She sighs with a sad pout. "And... these orcs...?"

"...They are the ones who attacked us."

The girl loudly gasps again, taking a few steps away from the group of green little idiots.

"But it was a misunderstanding! Things are sorted out now... It's actually a really long story..." You quickly exclaim, trying to stop the centaur from running away in fear.

"I... I see." The blonde simply mumbles, her front hooves softly tapping at the ground. "...Aurora preaches forgiveness, s-so I think I understand..."

A small silence forms between you two. "So... tell me about your church. Where is it?" You ask, trying to change the conversation topic. please say 'The Capital', please say 'The Capital', please-

"Uh-huh!" The centaur nods her head up and down, the trimmed bangs of her cute haircut bouncing around.

"And how did it go? Were you able to... uhm... promote your faith?"

"...Not really." Caroline suspires, looking down at her fiddling fingers. "Everybody ignored me or called me a charlatan. Some kids even threw apples at me and made... horse sounds. I was hoping to have better luck on this town, but... seems not."

"That sounds awful..."

"Don't worry, Theo. It's all part of Aurora's plan, she wants me to be strong." The centaur proudly says. "...Though, i-it would be nice if she gave me a break once in a while..."

"...Caroline...?"

"Y-yeah?"

"This 'Aurora' you talk about sounds interesting!"

"You... you are interested in Aurora? Really?!" She softly asks, her smile growing bigger and bigger, blue eyes shining with hope.

"Yeah!" ...You couldn't honestly care less... "I would really like to learn more about her, maybe visit that church of yours too!"

"Y-you are the first person who... Yes! Yes, of course! Aurora's doors are open for everyone!" She enthusiastically says, happily clapping her hands together in some kind of celebration... Aw.

"That's great! So... uhm... are you returning to The Capital now?"

"Yes! The sisters will be really happy to hear that my missionary trip wasn't a complete failure this time! ...Oh! Do you want to come with me? I can tell you everything about Aurora on the way there!" ...Bingo.

"Are you sure?" You ask, moving close to her side.

"Yeah! I don't mind." She answers, slightly bending her knees to make it easier for you to climb. You smile, taking a seat on top of her.

"HAHA, HOOMAN RIDING HORSE LADY." One of the orcs loudly laughs, pointing his stubby finger towards your direction. "THAT NOT REAL HORSE, HOOMAN!" He continues, the orcs behind him dumbly giggle. "HAHAHA, SILLY HOOMAN."

Caroline looks back at you over her shoulder, some embarrassement on her face. With a frown, you simply sigh. "Just ignore them."

...And so, your journey begins. The centaur gallops through the wide dirt path leading towards the Capital with a steady, hasty pace. The road pretty much deserted at this moment, only you and her traveling through it so far. You can see the destroyed houses of your town getting smaller and smaller in the distance behind you as Caroline keeps advancing. You are excited? Scared? It's hard to tell. You wonder if the Capital lives up to its reputation. Guess you will have to wait and see...

"Want me to tell you about Mother Aurora, Theo? It's such an interesting story!" Caroline excitedly talks, her gaze fixed on the path in front of her.

Listening to her speak would surely be more fun than just listening to the sound of her hooves hitting against the dirt below. "Alright! Tell me." You say, getting comfortable on top of her.

"For starters, how much do you know about religion?"
