Leaving the Palace.

Ophelia blinked. Was that really what the meetings between Monster Girl royalty were like? "Your highness, surely you exaggerate what its like?" She said.

Lebentina shook her head. "Nope. Not past the first few minutes. We all have... Strong, clashing personalities. Much to the detriment of anyone else who happens to be at the meetings. Macta always has someone next to her, stoking her ego by describing and praising her sour, vinegary stench. Elizabeth and Cepha are always in some sort of argument which gets sweat and toejam everywhere. And on the off chance they aren't arguing they're trying to subject someone else to their specialty." She said, as they left the Palace grounds and walked through the Gorgon City.

Said city was a testament to how ancient and storied their race was, large stone buildings and grand displays of architectural prowess everywhere. You'd be hard pressed not to find some grand building, temple, or statue of a famous Gorgon when walking through the city.

As they walked, Lebentina continued. "Aris constantly has her boots airing out, which never fails to offend my nose. Smells like ages old rotten fish and pure musk... Worse is when she enables Cepha or Elizabeth, taking a side in whatever petty argument about toejam, sweat, smells, or such they have. And Masumi, that nine-tailed fiend, is the worst of the bunch. She seems to have singled me out as a target for her tricks and schemes. She's always going out of her way to make me squirm with displeasure from the stench of her farts, or roping one of the others into getting me to 'Loosen up' by subjecting me to their foul odors, or the already mentioned attempt to slather toejam onto me."

By now, they were nearing one of the gates out of the city, and Lebentina still had a lot to rant about when it came to her coworkers in the business of enslaving humanity... Or Ophelia could stop her by changing the subject.
