Look for more.

Your eyes scan for something else, something unique to grab, something you didn’t notice before. Suddenly at the edge of the book you catch a glimpse of a piece of thick paper under the book. Was it there all along? You grab it with your clay hands and notice fingernails have begun to form. It slides out from under the book. A treasure map. It says it right on it, almost like a kids menu might in a themed restaurant. Below the bubbly words is a maze to be solved with a picture of a pile of treasure. The text at the bottom warns not to run into the guardian of the treasure, with cartoonish horns atop the word bubble.

“Cool.” A mouth opens in your statue body.

“Hurry up.” The voice calls from beyond the window.

To your right you now see there is a few articles of clothing lying on a bed you are fairly sure wasn’t there the last time you looked in that direction. A black bikini top and bottom, very sexy, a yellow thong that is simultaneously more masculine and feminine than the bikini, two pairs of socks, one long and white with two stripes at the tops, the others short and baby pink, a spaghetti strap black dress, a pair of rather short tan shorts with a Light tan belt, and a white tank top that seems a bit small. On the floor in front of all this are a pair of Converse sneakers, 6” heel glossy black pumps, and a pair of simple sandals.

Again the voice demands, “Hurry up.”
