See someone from class on his way out

On his route back to East Hall, Mark walked through the courtyards to get back home. It was pretty quiet here for a Friday afternoon, people were studying outside, enjoying the Florida sun.

He soon noticed someone that looked quite familiar to him. It was a cute blonde haired girl from his geography class. Refreshing his memory, he remembered that her name was Jacinta, he hadn’t really spoken to her much inside the classroom let alone outside of class.

She had a pair of black hipster glasses on, that perfect kind of sexy smart look. It complimented her stylish outfit, she had a brown-ish coloured coat and blue jeans on.

Studying away, Mark assumed she was working on the same assignment that he was doing just a moment ago in the library. Normally he would just walk away but today, he decided instead to walk straight up to her and see how she was going.

“Working hard?” he said with a smile as he approached the outside table.

Jacinta looked back up at him, surprised to be interrupted, “Oh hey! Yeah I guess so, sort of a stressful assignment.”

“I was just working on it before in the library. I had to put it away though, too much for one day.”

Mark couldn’t help but notice her smile, it was a real cute one. He wondered how he hadn’t noticed that before.

“Well I’m probably going to get back to my dorm after this to finish the rest of it tonight,” she told him.

“Do you want any company?” he asked straight away without hesitation. It took her off guard as soon as said it, she was looking back at him with almost a face of confusion.

“Company?”

“Umm yeah, like someone to study with, might help with the assignment?” he spoke again.

“I thought you said you were done for the day?”

Mark chuckled, “True. But I think it would help me a lot if I had someone to work with on this.”

She smiled once more, putting down her blue pen, “Okay sure. Maybe after dinner?”

“Yeah that’s fine. Here, I’ll give you my number,” he said as he grabbed the blue pen she had just placed down. Finding a spare piece of white paper on her table, he quickly scribbled down his phone number.

“Just give me a text or a call later tonight when you’re ready,” he said, smiling.

Jacinta blushed, possibly a little shy. She examined the number on the piece of paper before smiling back up at him.

Friday Night plans were sorted, a studying date with the cute and smart blonde girl.
