It's Kinkier than you expected

The film started out like any over rom-com like you expected with the lead actor and actress meeting and seemingly falling in love but as the first act was wrapping up it started to take a turn that you were not expecting from a film which Mom would choose. As the characters' dates got more and more intimate, you chanced a look at your Mom to see that she had also not expected the film to be as ...graphic as she imagined.

You didn't know if Mom had selected this film at random from what was available or if there was a hint of her kink involved but the female lead was definitely getting into the submission aspect of their relationship. You tried not to show it on your face how happy you were that she had chosen the film. Even you wouldn't have chosen it knowing Sarah and Lucy were tagging along but it was a perfect fit to help show Mom what she was missing out on. Granted the film took more of a BDSM approach that made you think of Rebecca but the general point would definitely get across to Mom.

As you promised, you kept the contact with Mom to a minimum and only managed to get a few seconds added from some ‘accidental’ touching of hands as you both reached for the popcorn at the same time. You were actually getting quite engrossed in the film which you didn't expect and although the BDSM portions were overly played out it did give you a few ideas to potentially try with Rebecca if you ever got the chance.

With your thoughts drifting towards the KDK you suddenly had an idea that you immediately had to try. You motioned towards Mom that you wanted to get past and tried your best to go down the aisle as quickly as possible to avoid getting in peoples' way. You did get a scowl from Lucy as you passed but other than that, you were able to make it out of the row and down to the exit of the screening. You had planned to make it look like you were going to the toilets but after downing nearly a pint of soda, you hadn't realised how much you actually needed to go. You made your way to the nearest bathroom but on the way, you took your phone out of your pocket and loaded up Mom’s profile and the active effect you wanted.

Effect(s): For the following 30 minutes after activation, Subject will be unable to concentrate on anything other than the User. During this time the Subject’s thoughts will gradually get more sexual, causing arousal/lust to increase. Effect can be cancelled from Subject’s status page to avoid dangerous situations due to lack of concentration.

Although it felt like ages had passed since your encounter with Mom in your room this morning, the KDK clearly told you that it had only been around 3 hours since you had activated the effect. This would have been a problem if not for the fact that the KDK had also provided you with a helpful solution.

Absolute Zero:

Reset a Subject’s active cooldown so that it can be used again.

‘Absolute Zero’ was one of the first power-ups you had been given after you had your first handjob from Sarah and until now you hadn't really had a good opportunity to use it. There would probably be much better uses for it with later active effects with even longer cooldowns but if you kept waiting then it would just sit there and never get used. You were one of those people where you would hoard all your best potions when playing an RPG and then never use them as they were ‘too good to use’.

Before you could have second thoughts about using the power-up, you **** yourself to click it and confirm the effect.

‘Absolute Zero’ has been activated on ‘Can’t get you outta my head’

‘Can’t get you outta my head’ cooldown has been reduced from 5 hours to 0.

‘Can’t get you outta my head’ is now ready for activation.

Wasting no more time, you quickly went back to Mom’s active’s and clicked on that as well.

With that done, you rushed to the bathroom to relieve yourself and thought about what to do next. You could head straight back to the screening but letting Mom slowly build up her thoughts and arousal for you sounded like a good idea. Being away for a while would need an excuse so once you were finished in the bathroom, you headed out to the lobby to grab the smallest, cheapest drink you could afford and waited around a little longer. When you felt like enough time had passed, you went back to the screening and up to your seat.

Lucy gave you the exact same scowl as you walked back past her but Mom was almost the exact opposite and kept her head down to avoid looking at you. You settled back down in your seat before trying to catch Mom’s attention.

“Sorry about taking a while, the line for another drink was massive. So did I miss anything important?” you asked, placing your arm next to hers on the rest to make sure your fingers had at least some skin to skin contact.

“What uhh… No not much” Mom replied, startled by your voice.

“Are you okay, you look a bit flushed?” you asked, hoping Mom was too distracted to realise it was too dark to see her reddened skin. Given the chance, you held her hand with your own in an attempt to appear sympathetic.

“No, umm, I’m fine. I think I just need a drink” Mom said, moving her hand away from you in order to grab her drink.

“Okay, let me know if you need anything,” you responded. You were upset with yourself that you managed to let some prolonged contact slip away but you still kept your hand where it was on the armrest in case she subconsciously put it back(which she did do on more than one occasion).

You did your best to make your presence known to Mom during the rest of the movie and for the remaining time left on her 30 minutes but there was no big reaction or anything like that as the half an hour came and went. Mom started to squirm in her seat as time ticked on but with you both being in public and Lucy being right next to her, there was very little you could do to push her further.

The film ended pretty generically with the main couple getting together and learning to embrace each other's differences and a love rival left forgotten. From what you had seen when you were paying attention, it had been one of the better romances you had seen. From the way Lucy and Sarah were enthusiastically talking as you all left the theatre, it seemed they agreed with you as well.

You just silently followed along behind them as there was no way you could keep up with their conversation and although Mom got a few comments in here or there, it looked like she was having the same problem as you. Eventually, the two of them calmed down enough for you and Mom to join and the topic slowly drifted from the movie to what was planned next in today's agenda. Sarah’s eyes lit up as Mom announced it was time to get her her first phone and she was about to rush off when she realised we had already walked in front of the right store.

Sarah quickly scrambled into the store and started to hurry down the aisles in order to find exactly what she wanted. You had no doubt that she had something in mind but you decided to at least give your opinion on a few of the specifics considering you were the most tech-savvy of the family. She ended up narrowing it down to two choices that were both reasonably priced and with some help from you, she managed to pick the one that had the right specs for her. Of the two she went with the one that had a slightly better camera at the expense of a shorter battery life.

With the phone picked out, you turned back to see Mom with a slightly forlorn expression on her face. It looked like she was still hesitant for the both of you getting phones but the smile on Sarah’s face seemed to put her in a better mood. You still had no idea why Mom didn't want the two of you to have your own phones but something must have changed between her happily paying for Lucy’s phone before she went off to college and now. Maybe you would be able to get the information out of her with your newfound powers but it wasn't at the top of your list now that she had been convinced to change her mind.

Mom was the one to handle the payment and as promised, you gave her a twenty to chip in a little bit. She tried to refuse but you firmly pushed back and made her take the money. The rest of the transaction was all the boring first-time setup details that weren't really needed in your opinion. Sarah seemed to be glued to every word but you left the store in order to find a place to sit down while you waited.

You sat down on the closest bench and with nothing better to do, you loaded up the KDK to spend a few minutes checking everyone's progress. Mom had only gone up roughly about 1 minute to be at a total of 687 out of 3000 which felt like a wasted opportunity given the circumstances. She was still a while off to a level up and as you flicked through everyone else to monitor them, one of the numbers seemed to catch your eye.
