Chapter 54 by BronzePlaceWriter BronzePlaceWriter

What's next?

The Enemy Revealed

Lisa lay on the ground. She was heaving for air. Her body hurt, her breasts hurt, her pussy hurt. The hot wax had been lathered over her without mercy or respite, her skin screaming as the heat swept through it. Even her most sensitive areas had not been spared, and in fact, Lillian had gone to great lengths to seek them out. The tips of her nipples, her fingers and toes, her womanhood, and even her clit, none of them had been shown any mercy. The sheer feeling had overwhelmed Lisa, stolen her breath, made it hard to think as each drip of hot wax made her whole body shudder. She writhed, with her arms tied behind her back, and her legs spread, allowing her tormentors access to her most sensitive places.

She didn't know how long they had teased her like this for. The passage of time was lost to her, and the only thing she could do to mark it was to mark how each candle in turn ran out of wax, which were the only breaks she would get. During these times, she would lay on the ground, gasping, heaving for air, and David would hover over her, and ask her again about the rulebooks.

She refused him. She always found the strength to refuse him, even though her whole body was begging her to give in. Every nerve that she had seemed to be screaming for mercy and release, waves of pain pulsed from her breasts and pussy, as if her own self was begging her to give in. Each time he asked her, Lisa found it harder and harder to deny him, she felt the **** urge to surrender, to make it end, to bring this whole thing to a conclusion. He was trying to break her, he was trying to make her into someone who would give him what he wanted, no matter what it was, and she was horrified at just how he was succeeded. Lisa had always considered herself to be strong willed, but this test took everything she had. It felt as though David was trying to dismantle her, to make her betray herself, tearing her apart piece by piece until only what he wanted remains.

And what he wanted was a docile, broken sex **** who would do whatever he wanted her to do.

Lisa didn't want to become that. She would die before she became that. So each time he asked, she dug deeper, finding more strength, more resolve. Even as he turned her own body against her, even as he made her hurt, she resisted him, fought him in the only way she could.

So far, she had beaten him, but she didn't know how much longer she could. She lay on the floor, not knowing how much time had passed, not knowing what was going on in the rest of the college, her world centred only on this small shed, and on the people in it.

"You're being a pain you know," David said to her, "Literally to yourself, and more metaphorically to us. We both already know about the rulebooks. A friend of mine filled us in. We know you have one, Lisa. You just need to tell us where it is and this will end."

"If..." Lisa said, her voice wavering, "If I had a thing like that...I wouldn't be in this position would I...? Asshole..."

"Sounds like someone wants a punishment." Lillian said, but Lisa bit back.

"What are you going to do, drip hot wax on me?"

"We can do worse." David promised. "This is just the start. Believe me, Lisa, we have a whole day of events planned. You will tell us what we want to know, sooner or later."

"I don't know what you want..." Lisa groaned.

Lillian and David exchanged looks.

"More wax?" Lillian suggested.

"No, I don't think so." David said, "Don't you find doing the same thing again and again boring? Let's move onto the next thing."

"Fair enough."

Gordon didn't have many classes in common with Diana, but they did have one which they shared. Diana debated what to do about this during the free time after her last class, waiting for the hour to tick over before her next. She felt a sort of grim excitement coursing through her body now that she had finally found her target. The rulebook was tucked into the bag at her side, which she made sure not to let go of in any way. She tried to focus her mind, refining her thoughts, forcing them to slow from their rapid darting chaos into a more ordered stream. She had a target, but she had to do this the right way. She had to make sure that everything worked out because this was dangerous, really dangerous in a real way that she couldn't ignore. If she failed, then she might be dooming not just Lisa and Stacy, but also herself.

Diana felt nervous, she bit her lower lip as the thoughts ran through her head. The first thing she needed to do was to properly confirm that it was indeed Gordon. There was always the chance - albeit, a small one - that it was actually someone else, someone she had never seen before, or whose name she hadn't put down. She didn't think this was the case, but she had to be sure, which meant that she had to attend the class with Gordon, and see if he responded to her trigger. If he didn't.... when he didn't... she would need to find some way to get his rulebook off of him. Once she had both, she could undo the rule that he had made which kept Lisa and Stacy as slaves, and then her own attempt to erase that situation would finally trigger, and the whole thing would simply be a bad memory.

The question was, how did she get the rulebook? Gordon might be an idiot, but it was better to assume that he wasn't, that he would be careful, that he would keep watch... how did you take a book that was so powerful, that someone would guard with all of their life and soul?

Kill him. The thought shocked her, causing her to blink for a moment as if surprised at herself. You know what he has done, her inner voice went on, and it is beyond forgiveness. He's **** Lisa to endure sexual torments, and thanks to him Lillian has tortured Stacy. All for his own sick sexual pleasure. Killing him in defence of the others would be a mercy, and it's self defence too, because David wants to make you his **** next. You know that you have few other choices, you should use the rulebook to set up his ****.

She...she had not considered that. For all of the time which she had had the rulebook, Diana had never considered that it could simply make someone die. Of course, if Gordon was smart, he'd make himself immune to new rules directly, but she could always simply order a mugging gone wrong, or a random shooter, or...

Diana gulped, feeling her throat go dry. She had the power of life and ****, why was she messing around with such simple things as she had so far? All she had to do was to take a pencil, and write a rule...

Idly, she reached into her bag and took out the rulebook, thumbing through it, she saw pages flashing past, old rules of all kinds, most of them written by previous owner. Only now did she start to wonder how many of those previous owners were still alive.

She arrived at the blank section. The pencil in her hand felt heavy. She was sweating. Should she do it? Did she dare? Should she kill a man to save her sister and friend?

Diana felt her heart beating faster and faster. She felt as though the future was diverging along two paths. One where she did and one where she didn't. Somehow, Diana sensed that if she used the rulebook like this, her world would never be the same again. She would be a killer, but more than that, some part of her would have taken note of the sheer power she had. No need to juggle events, no need to careful manipulation, with the stroke of a pen, she could take a human life...

Could she do it? Would she do it? So easy, so simple. An end to all her problems, and all she had to do was to kill.

For a moment, for a moment which was the longest she had ever experienced in her life, Diana felt torn between the two futures. Then, the pencil hit the table, rolling away from her hand as she curled her fingers into a fist and smashed them into the table.

Even after everything!

Even after the humiliation!

Even knowing the danger!

She couldn't do it. She couldn't kill...

"Sorry, Lisa..." She whispered, "In guess I'm not a very good sister. Every part of me says that I should just kill him but..."

She closed her eyes, her head sinking slowly into her arms as she half lay on the table.

"I can't do it."

She would have to have him robbed or something, Diana decided once she had pulled herself together again. Maybe if she just put him into the hospital for a while? Just long enough for her to find his book and take it away from him?

She sighed.

At this point, Diana noticed that someone was approaching her table. It was one of the staff, but the sight of them sent shivers up her spine. Their eyes looked blank, like they were not seeing at all, and suddenly it occurred to her that if she could kill someone else with the rulebook, someone else could use their own to kill her!

Diana tensed, ready to move, but the teacher simply put something down on the table, and then moved off, totally oblivious to the world. She breathed a sigh of relief, but then her eyes fell to the message which had been placed next to her. It was a handwritten note, and she saw her own name written large on the front.

Diana

I should congratulate you, it took me far longer than I would have expected to realise that you were the one who had gotten her hands on Lisa's rulebook. You've been very careful, and very meticulous, but you finally gave yourself away when you wrote a rule about me. As soon as you did, I knew who had tried, and I knew the rule that had been written. It seems to me that you're very close to finding out who I am too, if you haven't already and the rule was just to confirm.

Whatever the case, I think it's time we meet in person. Come to the roof of the college, we'll settle this like proper owners of the rulebooks without having to involve anyone else.

If you decide not to, I cannot really compel you, since I am sure you have learned from the fate of your sister and made sure to immunise yourself against rules. However, a fight between rulebook users can be both bloody and destructive, so I would suggest we settle this face to face. For the sake of everyone else.

Gordon.

So he knew. Diana's heart thundered in her chest, but she fought to control it, scribbling for her cold, detached persona in order to examine the situation in more detail. Okay, so she's known it was a risk to make a rule about him directly, so he now knew who she was. But he was right, she'd made sure to make herself immune to direct rules and commands, so he couldn't just twist her around like had happened to Lisa.

Diana didn't believe for a moment that he just wanted to talk, she had a very bad feeling about a meeting, but at the same time, if she didn't, would he move against her more directly? it wasn't just her who could arrange a mugging or even a ****, and Diana had a very obvious weakness in the shape of her younger sister...

Gordon couldn't get to Diana directly, but he could target Lisa.

Think Diana, think. What can you do to turn this situation to your advantage? You're supposed to be smart, damn it, so figure out a way out of this!

She took a deep breath, forcing her body to relax as she considered, allowing her mind to break down the situation like any problem.

What does Gordon want? Why is he doing this? Okay, step by step girl. What did he do at the start? He made Lisa into a sex ****. She did it first, but he made it so she couldn't undo it. Why? What was his angle? Did he just want her out of the way since she had a rulebook too? If he did, why did he never look for her rulebook? Or make it so she forgot that she had one?

The rulebook isn't the reason he did it. He's been watching almost every game that David has played with Lisa, he's enjoying her humiliation and degradation. This is a sexual thing to him, he's into this.

She was on the right path. She knew that she was. Her mind was working furiously, cutting away at the problem, breaking it into tiny pieces to be individually addressed and solved. This was how she felt when she really got going, and the reason why others considered her to the smartest of the twins. Lisa wasn't dumb, she wasn't any less intelligent than Diana, but Diana had an ordered mind, the ability to lay out a problem, to shrink it, address it bit by bit.

She was doing that now, and as she did it, slowly but surely, Diana started to see a chance.

What's next?
