Chapter 6 by Yabusa Yabusa

How does day one progress?

Subtle, strange impulses

Anne returned to her classroom, looking through her purse and things. She spent an unusual amount of time rooting around in there, like she was trying to take better stock of what was in there. Strange, but she did find a few useful things that she seemed to have forgotten about. There was that chapstick she had been looking for! A couple extra bucks, some bandaids which she could've used the other day after that papercut... ah, and her phone, of course. She tucked all of that away, and then searched for a notebook and a pencil to carry to the next class.

As Anne walked through the halls to Lucas's first class, biology, Anne pondered her biology knowledge. It had been a long while since she'd been in a biology class, how was she going to remember that the four proteins of DNA were made of purines and pyrimidines? ...Wow, this mask was incredible! She just knew that off the top of her head, like she'd studied that just last week. Little did she know, that she had--in a sense.

Miss O'Neill happily sighed as she stepped into Mrs. Davidson's classroom, her mind wandering a bit to her students. James Hunter, in particular, seemed to come to mind. He's such a helpful student, Anne really wanted to thank him for all the help he's going to give Lucas by learning about how the mask worked to relay it all to his friend. James is a good friend, Luke is so lucky! And Luke... maybe she should do something special for Luke, since she felt so bad about how he had to be in bed instead of here looking at the body of his sexy teacher...

...Huh, that was a weird tangent.

Mrs. Davidson was behind her desk, reading a lesson plan before any of her students were to slip into class. She was only a couple years older than Anne, but since Anne was the youngest teacher on staff now, she was the one who got all the attention now from the male students; Mrs. Davidson, consequentially, was glad the hormonal focus had shifted from her. "Hi Anne, this isn't about the petition for those bathroom renovations, is it? ...What's that thing on your face?"

Anne shook her head, and tapped the bezel of the mask, which she didn't keep very well hidden. "No petitions this time. Kind of an interesting development, but I'm testing a project for Iverson, it's some new Hideki memory recall device. I'll be in Luke's desk to see how well it works for pulling old information out of my head as if it was fresh. I think he wants to pretend it's an audit, but I'll be honest, I don't remember much about bio so I couldn't do that normally."

"Uh, yeah, sure." Mrs. Davidson shrugged, and pointed to the second to last row. "Luke's seat is right over there. You think that really works? I'd like to shove that thing on a couple kids to up the average of period three. Goodness, some of those kids, doesn't seem like anything sinks in with them."

"Yeah, I know what you mean, I'd do the same for my fifth period group. Except Luke and James, those two really have things figured out."

"Uh huh." Mrs. Davidson had already stopped listening, as students started to file in. Anne just shrugged and headed over to the seat, settling in. She wriggled her hips in the chair. Huh, something kind of fun about the fact she was in a student's seat, in Luke's seat no less! Wouldn't it be kind of funny to just pretend that she was her star student Luke during the class? She wouldn't tell anyone of course, she'd just pretend for herself. Something felt so exciting about if she really was him, somehow...

After Mrs. Davidson explained to the class that Anne was present for an audit, all the students couldn't help but glance over at Miss O'Neill joining them among the student ranks temporarily. Something seemed really familiar about the way she tapped that pencil against her forehead while she thought, other students thought. Sort of like she was imitating Luke... the lesson continued for a bit, before a pop quiz. Anne stared at the ten question quiz, and her mind was blank. Naming the parts of the animal cells? Nothing came to mind. But, she pondered the questions for a moment, and put her pencil to the paper, beginning to write. Lysosomes, ribosomes, endoplasmic reticulum--both rough and smooth! Amazing, when she stared at her finished quiz sheet, it all felt obvious.

Mrs. Davidson stopped by Anne's desk, picking up her quiz sheet to examine it. "Surely the device didn't make you remember this, right?"

Anne just shrugged. "I couldn't remember it, then I did. But, it's one data point. I've got a whole week to go, maybe I got lucky this time around." She looked at her phone quickly. "Oh, it's been fun, Haley. But I need to go talk to Casey before the next class to test this out."

Anne headed out, off to the next class. Civics, bleh. She endured the second period, fortunately with no quizzes or anything, but she took a copy of the homework for herself to do later. After that class, she headed back to her classroom for lunch, though the salad was not exactly thrilling her... she would have to make something more exciting for tomorrow. Usually she liked her salad, but she really wanted a slice of pizza or something in that moment. Huh, she hadn't had pizza in... weeks? Months, maybe.

The next classes were slightly confusing for Anne. She shared them with James, and she kept glancing his way the whole while, during math and history classes, as she worked through the problems and notes that the teachers provided. She didn't really know what to say to him. She wanted to say something witty, or make a joke about the work, but that felt strangely inappropriate to interrupt class. Besides, he kept whispering things to his girlfriend, Ivy, the whole time. She squinted. Why does he want to pay so much attention to that little runt of a kid, compared to her? Hmph, she wanted his attention... and just couldn't figure out how to get it in a way that made sense as a teacher within some other teacher's classroom. Anything she did would just seem like she was scolding her favorite pupil...

But then the final period rolled around. Perfect! That would have normally been her chemistry class, but Mr. Iverson provided that as the study session time for her and James to connect. She anxiously headed toward one of the conference rooms that had been given to her, and found James already inside it, writing something in one of his notebooks. Her heart almost skipped a beat when she saw James, all alone, no little blonde menace hanging off his arm.

"Ah, Mr. Hunter, good to see you're so punctual." she smiled.

James nodded, looking up, scratching his arm. "Yeah, uh... how's the, uh, stimulation mask going?" James tapped his own face, referring to the Ascend.

"It's pretty incredible, I think! Lucas is going to find it so useful." She closed the conference door, locking it, and shut the blinds on the window. "It's like, information just comes to the surface, even for stuff I don't even remember learning about. It's an amazing feat of engineering."

Anne sat down across the way from James, shifting in her seat a bit. What was it about James that was throwing her for a loop? It was so strange. "So, um. I don't really have much of a plan for this hour block. But I know that there's been a lot of stress for you, worrying about your best friend and such. Perhaps we can just make sure you are able to unwind. What is it you're always talking about with Luke, that game all the kids are wild about?"

"Fortscore? We'd been playing that one every so often on the Snap."

Anne shifted a little more. Something really interested her about the idea of the game, like she was going to find a new way to connect with her students this way. "Do you have the Snap with you? I wouldn't mind seeing it, maybe even trying it. We could put it on the projector."

James blinked, and nodded. "Uh, yeah, I'll hook it up." James knew that deep in Anne was a guy who just wanted to play some games and unwind. The teacher-shell around him really needed some way to justify these strange impulses. It may be strange, but James at least still had a roundabout way to hang out with his best friend. He handed a controller to Anne, and the two started to play on the projector. To both of their surprise, Miss O'Neill picked it up quickly, able to play almost like she had been playing for months!

After a couple rounds, thirty minutes into their hour, Anne started to breathe more rapidly, having a sudden impulsive thought. "...Mister Hunter?"

"What is it, Miss O'Neill?"

"Anne is fine. I was wondering, I know you have your relationship with Ivy. Does Lucas have anything similar?"

James blinked. What sort of game was Luke up to, deep within the recesses of Miss O'Neill's mind? "Uh, he has a crush on Beth Wood, but that never seems to work out."

Anne bit her lip, taking a deep breath. "That's a shame. Sometimes a girlfriend or companion like that can help be really helpful with the recovery process. Maybe... hm. Maybe I could help. Do you think that Luke would like a get well message from a teacher? That seems silly, that's probably too silly, right?"

With a shrug, James shut off the game, since wherever this was heading, he didn't want to focus on anything else but the conflicted, increasingly nervous woman across from him. "Uh, I think he wouldn't mind. He and I like your chemistry class a lot, so I'm sure a message from you would mean a lot."

Anne's lip twitched slightly up in a brief hint of a smile. "Good. So, I think... let's keep the message simple. Just, 'get well soon', yeah? But, that's not enough if I were to just send that, huh... how about, a photo or two? Just to prove it's from me."

James nodded, and fumbled with his phone, turning on camera mode. "Yeah, that sounds good. I've got his number, so how about just we'll snap a photo and I'll put the message and send it to him."

Anne nodded. "Yeah... yeah. That's a good idea. Let's take a couple photos, and then you can pick the best one. I'll just, uh... ah." Anne stood up, strolling to the front of the room. It just felt like a normal thing, to send photos of herself to star students! So why not! She put her hands on her hips, and smiled. "Okay, how's this?"

The camera clicked, and James gave a thumbs up. He felt pretty lucky, having a photo of Miss O'Neill on his phone now! In that pose, her body was so well-defined, with her curvy hips and that blouse tugged a little tighter than he remembered. Anne nibbled at her lip again, taking another deep breath as excitement filled her at the promise of doing something a bit out of place for her. "Maybe a couple more. How about... from the side?"

James took a few more shots of Anne, in various poses, with different moods to them. A stern, crossed-arms look, faking a lesson on the conference room whiteboard, holding her arms up in an encouraging cheer! And then without warning, she started to unbutton her blouse, right in front of James, like she did this every day.

"Uh, Miss O--I mean, Anne? What are you doing?"

Anne winked, undoing more buttons as more and more of her bra became visible. "Oh, I just know what young boys like. If he had a girlfriend, I'm sure she would be doing the same to inspire him to get better. You don't mind, right? If you're uncomfortable, I'll stop, but... well, I'm just so glad you're helping Luke, so this is as much for you as him.

Wow! James had trouble keeping his mouth shut, and Anne reveled in the realization that she had that effect on a student still! So different from when she has those late nights with a boyfriend of her own. This was something that could get her fired, but she didn't care. She slipped totally out of the blouse, and leaned forward. "Okay, how about a couple more photos?"

Click, click, click. James was rapidly filling up his phone storage with photos of Miss O'Neill, showing off her bra-clad cleavage in a way other students had never seen! She thrust that chest proudly at James, put her hands on the cups to squeeze, turned to the side to get her curves in profile... it would be fine, she thought. As long as there was looking, and no touching. For now.

Her bravery seemed to only grow after seeing James's response to her body, and she was next slipping out of her skirt, unzipping it and letting it tumble to the ground. She remained in just her panties and nylons. Anne couldn't help but pause, and stare down at herself. "Wow, I really look pretty amazing, huh?" she mused to herself. "I feel like I'd never seen myself like this before, I know I have of course. But, it's an incredible sight, when you think about it. I've got some really great boobs, if I do say so myself. I'm so lucky that I get to see this every day... that this is me, all mine. Nothing could stop me from just taking everything off and touching myself, and I wouldn't need anyone else to enjoy the sexiest body on the planet."

...Click. James was still taking photos, and eventually Anne snapped out of her self-obsessed daze to pose a few more times. She thrust her ass out toward the camera and looked over her shoulder. She swayed her hips back and forth, she pretended to be surprised at where all her clothes went. By the time she was done, James had dozens of photos on his phone.

"Think that will be enough?" Anne asked, with the same casual tone as if she was trying to figure out how many cupcakes she would need for a birthday party.

James nodded vigorously. "I'll... make sure he gets a good one. Thanks, Anne. You're an amazing teacher."

"Aww, thanks Jim!" She grinned, and stepped over to kiss him on the cheek. "I don't know what it is, but something really has me fond of you and everything you've done lately too. I feel really safe and secure with you. Just glad I could get you away from Ivy for a bit..!" She winked, and then grabbed her clothes to get dressed again. "But, that bell's going to ring, and I'll need to get home soon."

James nodded, gathering up his stuff quickly, trying his best to hide his very visible excitement for everything his teacher had just done. Of course, Anne noticed something, and she grinned a little wider. "I'll think of something to make the next session even more enlightening. Have a good night, Mr. Hunter."

And with that, Anne left the room, strutting on her way out so James could only watch her swaying hips as she wandered off. She smiled to herself, hugging her notebook to her chest. Something about all that, it felt so fun... she wanted to drive James wild! She would have to figure out something special for when the weekend rolled around, maybe, to do for him. But she had things to deal with at home first...

What does Anne do at home with Luke driving her behaviors still?
