Go with his family to the party their neighbors, the Carters', are holding, go somewhere else, or decide not to keep the ring after all?

"I'm coming!" John yelled after his family. With family out of the question, the Carters were a perfect testbed for the strange ring. Of course, it helped their daughter, Selene, was smoking hot.
After the pleasantries and some food and drink, John casually inquired about the absence of the girl. Mrs. Carter laughed.
"Oh, you know Selene, always cooped up in her room. She's not one to join such a party."
"Oh, of course," John replied. He made his way upstairs, nervously toying with the ring in his pocket. He knocked on her door. She yelled to come in.
"John? What's up, man?" A gorgeous girl with electric blue hair greeted him from her bed. His eyes were immediately drawn to the twin mountains under her tank top. Selene was a chill girl who was always pretty nice to him, but on the account of her being several years older, John had never dreamed of making a move.
"Oh, just... wanted to see you," John said, slipping the ring on mid sentence. Selene's demeanor did not seem to change.
"Hop on up. Hey, is it just me or have you grown kinda hot?" Perhaps it did. John joined the girl in her bed, and she leaned over him, an immensely deep cleavage bared to his eyes.
"You want a quickie while you're here?" John almost laughed. Even under the effects of the ring, Selene was still so chill about everything. But his goal was now within reach. Selene would do anything with him!
What's next?
These branching stories are going to have 3 very simple premises: 1) You exist in a world where your character AND ONLY your character gets to have sex with whatever group or groups of people you choose wherever and whenever he or she desires. 2) The circumstances under which he or she can have sex with that group can be specified generally or specifically. 3) The response of the people you have sex with and/or the general public can be chosen.
