Chapter 7 by AnthroLover AnthroLover

And this fantasy was...

...To Own a Dragon

Ever since he started hitting puberty, Alan had many sexual fantasies about dragons. However, the fantasies that excited him the most were the ones where the dragons were submissive. The artworks of dragons raising their tails and presenting their tailholes for breeding while they looked back at the viewer with bedroom eyes, the ones of dragons obediently licking and sucking on cocks with that submissive look, the ones with dragons restrained and looking up at their doms with their helpless expressions.

Oh, yes. Dragons were the most irresistible when they were submissive. As sexual partners. As pets. As slaves.

Alan’s deepest desire was to own a dragon. To have a dragon that he could call his own, his little plaything.

And he could finally live this fantasy. Better yet, he could live in a world where his fantasy was everywhere. A world where dragons were owned.

With pencil in hand, Alan was about to start writing new rules, when he stopped suddenly, and remained looking at the page for nearly a minute.

Wait. Was he just going to turn dragons into slaves?

The idea enticed him, and it was a fantasy that he has had since forever. However, somehow it felt... wrong.

Alan looked up, seeing the dragons around himself, talking to humans, working, minding their own lives. He realized that these dragons were happy. They were equal to humans, rightful members of society. To turn them into mere slaves would take away their rights and their freedom.

Turning them into pets would not be much better either.

Alan at the moment felt torn. By one hand, he could live in a world where he would own a dragon with whom he could have sex any time he wanted. On the other, his consciousness would not be at peace if he knew that he had stripped his newly created dragons of their rights, freedom and, potentially, their happiness.

Alan thought deep and hard about this. For nearly ten minutes, to be precise, and then, he believed that he had come to a solution. So, once more he started to write on the rulebook.

Old rule: Despite their size, natural weapons and fighting skills, dragons are docile and most of them, if not all, are subservient by nature. Putting it bluntly, dragons are all pushovers.

Alan nearly felt bad about this, but he continued.

Old rule: In the old times, the first dragons, shy and tame, looked at the humans for company, comfort and protection. From this, dragons formed a connection with humans, something that would later be know as “The Sacred Bond”, a connection in which the dragons were naturally subservient to the humans, and humans, in turn, protected the dragons and cared for them by being their owners, their masters.

Old rule: All dragons are owned, as they feel that it is natural to belong to a human master. All dragons, upon reaching legal age, are assigned to a human (often one of their own choice, when possible) to be their master. Owned dragons wear a collar around their necks, as a symbol of their subservience to their respective master. This collar has a tag in it, with the dragon's name on the front, and with the name, contact and address of their master on the back, so they can be return in case they get lost.

This seemed to pretty much remove their rights as citizens or as people, reducing them to the position of slaves, however, Alan was not done yet.

Old rule: Being owned does not means being an object. Owned dragons are still active and productive members of society. Their natural inclination to obedience and subservience, especially to their masters, does not interfere with their ability to function on the world as citizens. Dragons have all the same rights and obligations as humans, as they are able to go to school, get degrees, get jobs, form families and chase their dreams. As a matter of fact, dragons are encouraged to do such things, many times by their own masters.

Old rule: the Sacred Bond is sacred not only for dragons, but for humans as well, as it represents the ultimate trust of the dragons to deliver themselves to their masters, and so, the humans have the obligation, both moral and legal, of answering to this trust by being good masters to their dragons.

Old rule: A master who mistreats, abuses, or willfully neglects their dragon(s) will be punihsed by the law with the same severity of a human who does this things for their partner or children. Such people are seen as traitors of the Sacred Bond and will not only be punished by the law, but also ostracized by society, becoming pariahs and being forbidden of owning dragons ever again. In such cases, the abused/neglected dragon will be removed from the ownership of this human and placed under the ownership of a new master.

Old rule: Any dragon who is unhappy with their master has full freedom to leave or, in case of ****, seek for help of the authorities.

Old rule: A dragon cannot become owned before they have reached legal age. Someone who tries to own a minor dragon will be considered a criminal and a lowlife.

Yeah, that ensured that dragons would not be reduce to complete slavery and would not be stuck with abusive masters. Now, for other details.

Old rule: Nearly everyone owns a dragon, and it is very common for families to have at least one “family dragon”, a dragon who is owned by the family as a whole. Married couples also share ownership of their spouse’s dragon(s).

Old rule: Each dragon can only have one master, with the exception of the cases of the rule above, of dragons who are owned by families or by couples. However, there is no limit to how many dragons a human can own, with the only rule being that the human must give equal attention and care to all of their dragons. Dragons who feel that their human is giving them less attention than to their other dragons are free to leave and look for another master who will give them attention.

Old rule: When going out together, a dragon will often be on a leash held by their human master. This is not mandatory and there aren’t any law stating that dragons must wear leashes, but most dragons feel a sense of security by having their humans hold them by a leash as they go on the street together.

Old rule: It is also not uncommon for humans to go around mounting their dragons. For that, they use special saddles and reins, and also straps, so they won’t fall off when the dragon is flying. It is extremely common for dragons to willingly serve as ride for their masters, as means of “giving them a ride” to their job, to school or to other places they need to go.

Alan looked at this last rule, and he then added:

Old rule: Humans who make their dragons serve them as a ride for many things are seen as taking advantage of their dragons. Aggravated if the human makes the dragon do it so much that they might neglect their own personal lives.

Yeah, that did it for the details. The part of the leash was one Alan added just because he thought it was a bit hot.

However, now it was time to go for the part that was the most meaningful to him.

Old rule: It is very common for human masters to engage in sexual relations with their owned dragons. It is seen as a consequence of the deep bond shared by most dragons and humans. Even married or otherwise compromised humans might engage in sex with their dragons without risking causing jealousy to their partner, once this is seen as normal.

Yes, that was a rule that Alan was very keen about. However, it was also a delicate one, and Alan knew that there was a lot of space for **** in there. Luckily, he already planned some counter measures to avoid it.

Old rule: A dragon has all the right to refuse sexual intercourse with their master if they are not willing. Trying to **** a dragon into intercourse against their will, either through **** or **** of some kind, is seen both as **** and as betrayal of the Sacred Bond, and it will generate the appropriate legal and social repercussions.

Yeah... that should do it.

With this, Alan looked out of the window, and once more he could witness reality shifting to match the rules that he just wrote.

Now nearly all of the dragons walking on the street were wearing collars with tags on them. He saw a burly human walk by the street while holding a leash, with an even burlier dragon on the other end of the leash, following him obediently like a puppy. He saw a female dragon turning the corner with two children riding in her back, she was probably picking up her master’s children from somewhere. Then, a big grey dragon landed on the street, and a human was ridding on his back, and this human soon dismounted him and removed the reins and the saddle, and thanked his dragon for giving him a ride, before the dragon flew once more, leaving to take care of his life while the human did the same.

Yeah, it seemed that everything was in order. And, maybe it was just Alan, but all of the dragons seemed happy.

“Master.” Someone said very close to Alan, and this made the human blink. Only then, Alan realized that he was holding a leash on his hand.

Alan’s heart hammered on his chest as his eyes followed the leash, to see that it connected to a collar that was on the neck of a dragon.

His’ dragon.

Alan's dragon is...
