Attack at U.A.

The last time Izuku had seen Ren she had been scared unnaturally so and far more so than he had ever seen her before. When he had tried to talk to her she told him to stay in U.A. no matter what. She’d been crying when she told him and begging him to trust her, and so he did.

But... Izuku wondered as he sat in the changing rooms, he struggled not to worry. Even as his classmates attempted to seduce him he paid them no mind, just worrying about Ren. Until he heard noises coming, that of a stampede approaching.

“Do you hear that?” He asked, and the girls paused and listened.

“Shit.” He said as a huge fist came crashing through the wall. He responded quickly, and shot forward with one for all and kicked the beast in the face at one hundred percent sending it flying skyward. That was easy, far too easy, these Nomu can’t be as strong as the ones at the USJ.

But there were far more of them this time, but he was a lot more powerful. And his new gear was so light it weighed nearly nothing and made the attacks by the Nomu little more than gentle slaps.

There were tens of them, perhaps fifty at least, he looked to his classmates who were rushing to help him.

“No run away, leave them to me.” He yelled, the girls looked to each other. They clearly wanted to stay, both out of a hero’s duty and out of love but they were compelled to obey him and fled.

But Izuku was starting to regret his decision almost immediately, he was extremely outnumbered, and they were each powerful. Yet weren’t they also familiar?

“Wait weren’t they the same ones as the ones at Kamino Ward?” He wondered but at that moment the Nomu’s eyes fixed on him all at once.

“Erm what’s happening?” He asked.

“They appear to recognise you.” A silky voice answered his question causing him to jump. Right his suit’s AI, Silva that Melissa had installed he’d forgotten about, “Master Midoriya previously the Nomu were hostile but non fatal but they have changed their stance.”

“Why? Why did they?”

“They appear to be linked together mentally Master, whoever did this is still controlling them. They wish to avoid killing but you appear to be an exception.” She explained, well that wasn’t good.

They leapt at him, like a tidal wave. A sea of black flesh coming at him, he powered one for all through his arms, the suit both enhancing and controlling the burst of power. It was unleashed in one fell swoop, utterly decimating the first Nomu, with two more attacks destroying two others.

The Nomu got wise though and to grab his arms, attempting to wrestle hi to the ground.

“Activating electronic defence.” Silva said, before an electric current ripples through the Nomu, causing them to release him, “repositioning.”

He felt as if he was under Uraraka‘s quirk, as thrusters appeared that allowed him to zoom out of the way of the Nomu’s counter attack. He floated on nothing, Silva’s reflexes kept him out of any attack.

“DETROIT SMASH!” He screamed, smashing into the centre of the Nomu. Causing an explosion that sent them flying “FULL COWL 100%”

He shot like a bolt of lightning, kicking and punching a score of nomu as he did so. Darting forward as the behemoths fell one by run, a rush of elation soaring through him. This must be what it was like to be All Might.

But that moment of elation was short lived, as one Nomu grasped his arm and pulled him into the ground. Electricity shot from the suit but this time the Nomu simply took the charge. Several more crawled towards him, at first punching him in the chest but to no effect. Melissa built the armour well, yet Izuku was still not strong enough to escape.

The Nomu stopped punching, instead they clawed at his armour. Looking for weak spots where his armour could be peeled and torn, where it disconnected when he took it off. Really bad.

But then there was a flash of light.
