An old friend

When Izuku left Hatsume’s exhibit he was white as a sheet and mumbling incoherently. But you were there to support him and eventually calmed him down. Now the both of you returned your attention to the expo and inevitably he found himself fascinated by some new support gear.

“Look here, this is incredible” he gushed, pointing at some hero gauntlets “they appear to be incredibly sturdy yet very light. According to this they’re designed to help with people with very powerful quirks. Hey wait this seems familiar”

“Izuku is that you?” shouted a certain blonde beauty.

“Melissa what are you doing here?” Izuku shouted to which she smiled.

“Same thing everyone else is doing here. I’m hoping to get scouted by a major support company. I guess you’re here to see what they have on offer” she replied brightly.

“That’s right, can I see what you’ve developed? The gauntlet you made for me before was brilliant” Izuku replied, beaming a heavenly smile.

“Of course” she replied.

“You don’t mind do you?” Izuku asked you and you shook your head.

“Of course not” you say “anything you want Izuku”

“Wait are you Ren Yamada? How do you know Izuku?” she gasped her mouth agape.

“Am i the only one who didn’t know who she was?” Izuku asked but you laughed.

“Well I’m Izuku’s girlfriend” you say smirking at her gobsmacked reaction.

“Uh wow. Izuku you- just wow” she said absolutely stunned “you’re very lucky”

“Thanks” he chirps smiling. You smiled too but for a very different reason, she would make an excellent partner for dear Hatsume. Something to consider.
