Happiness and hangovers

In the morning, the three of you head down to find a miserable looking Maya, which you expect, and an equally miserable looking Rachel, which you don’t. Your confusion is short lived, as Anna laughingly explains.

“Someone got into the wine cellar last night, master. Someone who I discovered this morning, naked, and cuddling with an equally naked Oni.”

You, Kali, and Clarissa all laugh as you sit down. “Sounds like you had a good time, Rachel?”

Rachel shoots you a dirty look. “One, you’re too loud this morning. Two, I’m too old for drunken lesbian sex with someone that eager. Three, shush, totally worth it.”

Even Maya laughs, despite her morning sickness. You turn to her. “So, how did your evening with Ruka go?”

Maya manages a smile. “She’s still sleeping. We definitely got all caught up.”

Anna grins and cuts in. “And how about you, master? Feeling relaxed?”

You laugh, looking at Kali and Clarissa, who both blush. “Well, I’ll say it was the best workout I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend you try it.”

Elys comes in and sits down, sipping her drink. “I hope everyone didn’t overdo it lassst night. A certain djinn isss very excited about tonightsss plansss.”

Kali grins. “No worries, we made sure to save energy!”

Clarissa blushes. “Yeah, the two of you did most of the work. I might need to take it easy after tonight though, I’m already a little sore…”

You laugh. “It’s always the ones that beg for more that complain.”

Kali looks around. “This is weird. Maya is here but Yura isn’t?”

Anna giggles again. “Sadie and Lynn might have dragged her off last night…”

You laugh. “Poor girl, she’ll be sleeping until noon!”

Elys smiles. “Ssso, any plansss for today before tonight’sss fun, Josh?”

You nod. “I want to spend some time with Ruka. I haven’t really had much of a chance to talk with her. Gotta dig up more dirt on Maya!”

Everyone laughs, and you chuckle. “Plus I need to talk to Samara at some point. See if we can get anything out of her.”

Kali nods. “I want to be there for that. She’s the only other half-human Lilim. Maybe I can help convince her to help us.”

You smile. “It’s worth a try. I would imagine she’s pretty miserable with that null collar on. Should we do that while we wait for the sleepy dryad to wake up?”
