Finally!

Yulia listens to the voices, shifting from side to side a little as the nice voice talks about Ash and as she hears a new voice, one apparently suffering some sort of memory issues, she looks around as if trying to decide where best to face and then gives a small wave to the air, "Hello new voice! Thank you for your support! Honestly I'd heard stories about the tower and about the voices and as much as some of you seem to give me a hard time, I'm glad you all seem to at least be on my side, it's nice to have people believe in me... or if not believe in me, intent on trying to help me win anyway..." she says and looks to the key.

The room is roughly 3 meters in length and width and utterly non-descript. The walls are simple, uniform grey stone and there's no visible holes anywhere on the walls. The ceiling is similarly fine and unblemished. The floor is a little worn in places from the passage of feet over the years, though the floor directly below the key is less worn seemingly than the rest. The key is being held by string, if you had to guess it looks like simple twine and it is not attached to anything visible on the ceiling instead it disappears into a very small hole, just large enough to fit the string itself.

Yulia begins to describe all of these things as well as she looks around the room again, "You know... It occurs to me that this room is well lit, but I don't actually see any light source. The same is true for a lot of the rooms I've been in," she notes idly, "I guess the tower just arbitrarily decides whether a room is lit or not," she says with a shrug.

She follows the path of previous denizens and ignores the key for now as she heads to the coin door. She knows the new voice told her to just use the key, but the other voices seem to want her to try the unlock spell. She decides that if she is going to use some magic, she might as well kill two birds with one stone. She uses unlock on the door and is slightly surprised when the lock actually opens, she then turns and takes careful aim and fires an icicle at the string holding up the key.

She misses... The icicle passes by the string missing by a good bit and hits the far wall. She stares and then looks down, "It's a very thin target, okay..." she grumbles already anticipating mockery. She tries again after a few seconds. This time she manages to hit. The string is severed and the key... remains hovering in the air above the floor.

"That... Is weird," she observes and decides to ignore it for right now and turn her attention back to the coin door. She swallows nervously before carefully opening the door and peeking in. As her head appears around the doorway she can hear a familiar voice.

"Hey, Yulia! It's been a while. You visited the entire rest of the floor before coming to see little old me," Alide greets her with a happy smile, the sight of which visibly makes Yulia stand slightly taller as she hastily enters the room properly.

"H... Hello! I'm so glad I found you!" she says and then hesitates and stares for a few seconds before continuing, "have you been watching me?" she asks realizing that Alide somehow knew where Yulia had been.

"Maybe..." Alide responds with a slightly mischievous grin.

Yulia looks down for a second and then smiles, "does that mean you saw me kill Sower and the spider?" she asks a note of hope in her voice.

"I did. You were very impressive," Alide responds, leaning forward slightly onto her desk, her voice becoming slightly more sultry and Yulia shuffles her feet a bit looking away, "Anyway, I imagine you remember what I offer," Alide states as she sits back upright in her chair and the voices can see as her left leg crosses over her right, her hands lying flat on the desk as she waits for Yulia to make her request.
