Randall then puts on some make up and grabs a pair of shoes.
"Okay then, time test how much I learned today," Randall said, sitting down at the dresser. He looked over the various containers and brushes in front of him. "Hmm, let's try this," he decided, picking up one.
You watched in stunned amazement as he began to put on makeup. He rubbed on some base, blush, and lipstick that looked very good - but he had some trouble with his eyes. He cursed after his initial attempt and wiped it off. "Damn, this is harder than it looks!" he said over his shoulder.
You just answered "uh uh" and nodded, not sure how to advise your best friend. This was definitely outside your experience.
Randall took alot longer on the second try. Finally he said "I guess this will do" and turned around to face you. He was absolutely gorgeous! It didn't look like anything you'd seen on Miss Card before - it was much heavier around her eyes than what you'd even seen in the 'clubbing' pictures from facebook. Her makeup was usually very subdued and subtle. This made her look not quite slutty but very sultry, like a woman on the prowl.
Your expression must have showed your feelings because Randall just smiled and said in a satisfied voice "Good, that's it then." He walked over to the closet to dig through some shoes. "Ooh, these will be perfect!" he said after a few minutes, pulling out a pair of ...

The Ultimate Transplant
Someone you know is given a new body & life
PLEASE ADD CHAPTERS! A close friend or family member is horribly injured in an accident. As they lay dying in the emergency room, another patient dies of a brain aneurysm. Both of them are organ donors, so a surgeon decides it's the perfect opportunity for him to try an experimental surgery. He transplants the victim's higher brain (the cerebellum) to the donor's body in an attempt to 'save' a life. Amazingly it works. But the surgery was not approved so the hospital convinces the families to keep quiet, arguing that revealing this operation to the public would bring never-ending media attention to all involved. That means that the patient will have to publicly assume the identity of the donor. What will this mean to your friends and family? Who else will you tell? Although you will spend a lot of time and effort giving support, how will all this alter your relationship to the patient? And how will he or she adapt to a complete change of body and identity? Many transformation stories focus on the change or victim, so I thought it would be interesting to instead have the POV be someone who sees the change from the outside. Writers feel free to explore a change in age, gender, class or ethnicity - and the repercussions that change would have on the main character (and others).
