April gets angry.

Despite the giggles and embarrassment, the feelings of inadequacy returned as soon as the mirth had subsided. Instead of feeling despondent though, anger took misery's place as she watched The Ice Queen's perfect denim clad ass swayed into the room behind the counter.

‘Who does she think she is, talking to people like that?’

She slammed her hands on the table as she stood up sharply,

‘I’m going to talk to her. I’ll show her-I'm sick of her!’ April said sharply and before Mel could talk her out of it she turned on her heel and stormed towards the back room.

‘April!’ She heard Mel call out behind her but a curt, ‘Wait there.’ tossed over her shoulder left Mel standing alone at the table biting her lip anxiously.

Fuelled by anger, April bursts into the back room, flinging the door open, revealing the Ice Queen lazily scrolling through her phone.

‘Who do you think you are?’ April yells, or at least tries too it comes out as more of a squeal that causes the red head to arch a delicate perfect eyebrow as she lowers her phone.

She slowly points with a long, manicured finger to a name tag that April had somehow failed to notice.

“Lauren Hargreaves”

Lauren put her phone away and folded her arms under her breasts, a smug quirk to her lips as she stared at April with cool grey eyes, as if expecting more from the other woman.

April flushed, not only in fury but also as her treacherous mind couldn’t help but note how fucking perfect the Ice Queen’s tits looked with her arms pushing then up into the neck of her polo shirt.

‘Y-you think your so fucking perfect, don’t you? That your so much smarter and better than everyone else?’

Lauren scoffs, tossing a lock of her sweeping hair over her shoulder as her already sizeable ego clicked up a few notches.

‘I am smarter and better than everyone in this building...I could walk out of this job today and have another one that pays ten times better by the end if the day and barely break a sweat.’

April’s mouth worked for a response but the beat she could manage was a strangled,

‘Oh yeah?’

The mental change was much more significant this time as her actual skills and intellect grow to match her own arrogant perception of herself. The skills ran a huge gamut from Mel's expert eye for fashion to Dave the janitor's ability to scrub any stain out of any fabric to Carla the receptionists ‘unique' abilities from when she moon lighted as a “masseuse” during college.

No one left Carla's unsatisfied...

Mary Tweede, a highly renowned rocket scientist who was visiting her daughter at work felt a small tingle run up the back of neck and into her head as her already sky high intellect was copied, inflated and beamed directly into Lauren’s head.

Lauren’s eyes fluttered at the huge ingress of knowledge even as her body toned and formed up as she gathered little snippets of dieting and workouts from people across the office.

She felt her entire body shudder and limber up as the ring stole and improved on Mrs Sanco's rigorous yoga routine.

She made a small pleasurable noise as she became a better seductress than Lisa the Maneater from accounting.

Her uniform rippled as an entire buildings worth of fashion knowledge from a clothing company. The uniform itself didn’t change but the way she wore it...No one else could have worn it like she did.

Even as angry as she was, April couldn’t help but admire the way the polo shirt perfectly hugged her body, or how the Jean’s were cut just right to accent everything.

She was mouthwateringly perfect.

And April hated her! And she hated herself for spending so much time thinking about the notorious Ice Queen.

‘Yes.' The Ice Queen in a voice as regal and commanding as a queen, speaking to someone so far below her as to be beneath contempt.

April felt her legs go weak as the velvet voice caressed her even as the words scoured her.
